·        Memastikan berjalannya operasional Armada Pelayaran terkait Kesiapan Mesin, Maintance dan Perbaikan.

·        Mengkordinir pekerjaan Crew Engine di setiap Armada Kapal

·        Melakukan Review dan persetujuaan terkait permintaan dari crew/kapal

·        Mengkordinir terkait pemenuhan Purchase Request dalam pengadaan spare atau kebutuhan perlengkapan mesin kapal di setiap Armada

·        Melakukan pengecekan dan pemantauan mesin kapal di setiap armada

·        Melakukan pembuatan rancangan perbaikan mesin kapal

·        Melakukan dan mengkordinir perbaikan mesin di atas kapal dengan Purchasing, OS, Crew Engine dan Tim Mekanik

·        Melakukan review dan laporan rutin terkait peforma kapal, kerusakan mesin dan perbaikan kapal kepada tim operasional dan pimpinan.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
• Identify prospective clients and develop strategies to target them
• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the hospitality industry
• Attend industry events to network and promote our services

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry; especially in handling Japanese wedding, event and catering
• Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
• A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
• Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
