ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements. This is a contractual role for 6 months.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Handle material slitting planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production, optimizing capacity.
- Coordinate material arrival for production planning to ensure smooth operation and continued customer supply.
- Follow up shortages/upsurge with Planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery.
- Monitor aging stock, clear aging stock/samples, slow-move inventory and write off requests.
- Monitor and update daily basis shipment schedule and coordinate activities with Logistics, Warehouse, Production Planner, and Customer Service as required.
- Tracking Return Goods and CN/DN issuance.
- Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team daily to ensure requests are responded to timely.
- Liaise with transporters on customer delivery arrangements.
- To ensure sample requisition is fulfilled.
- Back up to other OF team members during their absence.
