Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive room bookings and event sales.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Conduct product presentations and host site visits for prospective clients.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, pipelines, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our offerings.
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to post-event.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with local market and industry trends is a plus.
