Working with the groups team on a day to day basis ensuring all enquires are analysed and responded to within brand standard timeframesAssist in the preparation of contracts for the leisure segment (FIT, group allocation and series)Work closely to set daily pricing and business strategies for all segments to maximise occupancy and ADR.
This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the overall Front Office operations by ensuring that all sections of Front Office’s service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Hotel’s strategic plan and standard.
