Job Descriptions :
⢠ERP Project Management:
- Lead and oversee the successful implementation of ERP projects from planning
through to execution and post-
implementation support.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to
ensure project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ERP solutions that meet client
specifications and requirements.
⢠Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze and map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and
recommend improvements through ERP system customization.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system is configured to
meet the companyâs business goals.
⢠System Design and Customization:
- Design ERP systems and modules based on business requirements, ensuring
compliance with local regulations.
- Adapt and customize the ERP solution to handle changes in local business
regulations or industry standards.
⢠Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that the ERP system is consistently updated and modified in response to local
regulation changes, ensuring compliance across all areas of operation.
⢠System Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the system testing phase to ensure that the ERP solution functions correctly
and effectively, meeting all specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify, address, and resolve any issues or bugs.
⢠Content Management:
- Manage system content updates and configuration changes, ensuring that data is
accurate and aligned with business requirements.
⢠Business Development Support:
- Provide ongoing support for business development teams, offering ERP system
insights and expertise to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
⢠Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed periodic reports on project progress, milestones, and outcomes for
internal and client stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all phases of the ERP implementation
process.
Requirements :
- A Bachelorâs Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business,
Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ERP consultant, with a strong
preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering successful ERP projects.
- Strong Project Management skills with experience handling cross-functional teams
and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, system design, and configuration.
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes with a focus on maximizing ERP
system performance.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations.
- A positive attitude with a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with
internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
