• Manage the existing and determine the future pipeline of Brands within the assigned portfolio area, with the objective of achieving or exceeding our 5-year business growth plan.
• Create and implement brand strategies and direct campaigns to drive grower awareness, usage, and loyalty.
• Bring new technology to growers, aligned to their needs, and further strenghthen the leadership position of Syngenta in the Indonesia agriculture market.

Accountabilities:

• Create brand plans to achieve growth and development of the portfolio.
• Manage end to end cross-functional activities and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of brand objectives.
• Strengthen the assigned portfolio with New Brands that provide needed innovation to growers.
• Develop A&P plans and co-ordinate implementation with the Campaign Team and creative agencies.
• Create pricing and channel strategy, aligned with overall marketing objectives for each brand.
• Co-ordinate with Technical Excellence Team to ensure brand benefits are fully demonstrated to growers and Sales Team Brand and Crop knowledge is complete.
• Manage country, region, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of portfolio business and commercial processes.

• Handling promotion activities with brand principles and retail merchants (offline merchants).

• Handling promotional system in store, marketing program and sales analytics Design, prepare and manage marketing and other promotion activities including promotional material to support marketing activity and grow. sales in the company. 

• Active in providing ideas related to the display of promotional materials at merchants 

• Planning, producing and controlling promotion material stock and distribution. 

• Actively assess and evaluate sales results in regular sales & marketing meetings, including: providing data and feedback on current market trends. 

• Planning and executing branding events e.g gathering, exhibition, sponsorship. 

• Intense Coordinating with internal and external team to achieve branding objective 

• Managing and acquiring brands in order to create mutually beneficial promotional collaborations 

• Manage sales performance of key accounts portfolio. 

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company. 

• Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints. 

• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
