Job Description :
Oversee recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees;
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and support staff development initiatives;
Implement and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations;
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, incl. contracts, benefits and performance data;
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and company policies;
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, incl. supplies managament, facilities maintenance, and general office upkeep;
Develop and maintain administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency;
Provide translation support for HR and administrative documents in English, Chinese, and Indonesian;
Coordinate with external translation services as needed for complex documents;
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of meeting materials;
Assist with organizing internal events, team meetings, and employee engagement activities;
Ensure data accuracy and secure storage of sensitive information.
