Job Description
Sales Development
- Identify and build new and existing sales channels within Indonesia to grow the brand.
- Deliver sales objectives in retail sales, net sales and delivering targeted gross margin, ensuring long term sustainable growth.
- Steer profitability of the business for both trade accounts or brand owned boutiques.
- Partner and negotiate to drive strong support by partners to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and develop collaborative relationships ensuring long term sustainable growth.
- Drive sales growth through educating and motivating beauty advisors/ cast members
- Navigate and drive solutions for complex situations.
- Effectively manage and drive retail KPIs like conversions, traffic, basket and etc to elevate performance of animations, stores and staff.
- Effectively manage and drive store animation or large-scale event through activation of field staff and working with marketing and education.
- Understanding opportunities within markets, work with regional team to develop business plans for new doors and to increase sales for existing via instore events, brand activation
- Partner closely with marketing to drive launch, animation and sales.
- Support regional educational manager to plan, schedule and facilitate in-store and classroom trainings
- To be the face of LUXASIA to the trade partners to build strong rapport, partnership and relationship.
- Perform regular field visits to ensure strong field engagement and door checks to ensure that inventory, visual merchandising standards and maintenance are maintained as per brand standard, and share competitive insights within internal stakeholders
- Supports to train and field coach the Bas or retail partners to ensure the driving of sales.
Manage the Product, Channel, Retail & Stock Planning
- Drive the achievement of the retail and net sales budgets (sell-in & returns) based on accurate forecasting and planning.
- Support the net sales management through effective reporting and communication to the internal team and business control. ā¢ Manage and support the fulfilment need of trade and retail for ad-hoc transfers and delivery planning when necessary.
- Manages the day to day operations Digital Channel to ensure accuracy and sales planning. Support of the Sales Planning Process of Indonesia
- Participate in the definition of the sales planning (Forecasting rounds, retailer targets etc.)
- Manage the product allocation process in conjunction with Indonesia
- Manage and monitor the planning and ordering of products (newness, seasonal, animation activations and regulars) by the trade EDIs and retail team, in conjunction with marketing and sales
- Manage stock forecast and inbound shipments to Indonesia.
Sales & Trade Campaigns Support & Management
- Drive and manage the trade and retail animation process from sales, inventory planning, operations, and people planning), while engaging with effective incentive drivers to deliver results.
- Manage compliance in trade returns process and ensure the budget tracking and management.
- Analyze and manage inventory holdings for all channels at healthy level.
- Drive the people planning for retail team to ensure optimization and SOPs are observed.
- Manage the retail people and the team planning budget.
- Strategize and manage the payroll planning, tabulation and checks for retail payout.
- With a Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 8 years of relevant of working experience in sales for Retail, FMCG, Sales or Beauty.
- A passionate, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A good people leader, team player with a positive mindset.
- Savvy, relational team player and people leader with extensive self-awareness, impartial and objective.
- Strong ability to work with ambiguity and able to excel in a start-up environment.
- Business-minded and possesses good problem-solving skills

- Possess an excellent, communication skills in oral and written
- Experience in and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working with retailer network and Sephora is key.
- Strong in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Able to work well in multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to top decision makers.
- Fluent in English. Bahasa Indonesia language will be a must.
