Job Description:

Samyang Foods Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & GA Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and general affairs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Prepare and manage the HR and GA budget.
• Manage payroll, tax, and employee benefits structure.
• Handle expatriate management and related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure, record, and retain day-to-day administration and accountable operation of the safety management system at station level.
• Control the provision of services provided by third parties and to reconcile invoice prior submitted to finance department.
• Plan, manage, and control the efficient operation of passenger, baggage, ramp, and cargo handling activities at all airports in Indonesia.
• Plan, build and maintain good relations with airport stakeholders and related parties.
• Ensure airside safety, security management, and FOD policy implementation.
• Ensure station operations comply with company, airport, and government requirements.
• Ensure operational compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
• Ensure all operational staff and contracted ground handling agents work in a safe and comfortable environment.
• Maintain professional, clean, and safe station facilities.
• Implement and maintain safety and security procedures and programs.
• Plan and develop personnel under responsibility.
• Promote a culture of fairness and open reporting of incidents and occurrences.
• Communicate any information jeopardizing safety and security through appropriate channels.
