Position Purpose:

To provide forecasting solutions by using the analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company for several countries to effectively estimate future product demands, including planning inventory flow & analyzing statistical data to support the team in achieving sales goals.

Description of Duties:

• To prepare effective forecast models based on HQ guidelines and demand patterns
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management & related teams.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

• Provide consistent analysis of the forecast accuracy and conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
• Challenge the forecast of marketing and sales on launch and promotion
• Managing forecast, purchase order, supply from the principal, inventory (on-hand and SLOB analysis), and fulfillment to the customer.
• Liaise with Regional Luxasia team and principal.

Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, business administration, or related field
• At least 5-7 years experience in Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, future master, and or SAP.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills, highly committed & Excellent communication
• IT literate with knowledge of warehouse software packages (SAP preferred), Future Master and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent English communication skills
• Solid experience in implementing processes, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s
• Lead business analytics – consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives
• Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
• Develop & lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement
• Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhere across all different retail channel distribution
• Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments

Description of Duties:

• Achieve the sales target
• Create strategic plan for annual growth of each customer: identify source of growth, new categories, resources, & opportunities
• Review customer profitability & productivity per door
• Provide accurate monthly forecast & validate the order suggestion

We are looking for a Deputy Team Leader to support us on an upcoming project in Indonesia.

The Deputy -Team Leader shall ensure that the tasks are aligned and synchronized with the specific requirements agreed with the stakeholders.
