- Follow up inquiries from Customer with fast response.
- Follow up with branches office/local agent/vendor for Customer inquiries.
- Cost Control and review cost from branches, sub agent and vendor.
- Provide PDA with competitive/reasonable or as per company standard to customer.
- Provide correct information to principal and ship.
- Acknowledge appointment from Customer soon as possible.
- Appoint reliable vendor or local agent.
- Prepares and track all vessel/cargo permits or necessary docs to carry out operation with related parties, including entry permit (PKKA).
- Chasing and Monitor Prefunding.
- Liaises with principals, branches/local agent and related parties to ensure all operational activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner to meet departure without delay.
- Monitor and control cargo operation during ship stay at port and barging schedule.
- Ensure Time Sheet, SOF and others cargo docs is correct.
- Ensure reporting and cargo docs sending on time.
- Follow up issuing BL and sending to related parties without delay
- Ensure local agent or vendor submit invoice/FDA on time.
- Checking FDA/Invoice from branches, local agent and vendor.
- Must follow all company stated policies.
- Build good communication with Customer, Shipper, Buyer and Trader
