Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan pengujian bahan baku, bahan kemas, dan produk jadi
• Melakukan analisa terhadap hasil pengujian
• Melakukan dokumentasi dan melaporkan hasil pengujian
• Melakukan maintain (Kalibrasi dan pembersihan alat ukur departemen RnD) termasuk lingkup 5R
• Melakukan pengembangan produk kosmetik, formula baru, existing dan product development
• Melakukan breakdown formula yang dibutuhkan untuk notifikasi BPOM RI
• Melakukan scale up formula untuk pengembangan produk baru
• Melakukan pendampingan proses produksi untuk produk baru
• Melakukan dokumentasi dan melaporkan hasil tahap scale up untuk pengembangan formula

Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

-       Able to work in team

·        Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.

·        Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service

·        Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.

·        Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.

·        Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.

·        Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Monitor, control and coordinate related clinic operational related consumable and administration

·        Avoid delays in the review and approval of invoices submitted by contractors

·        Ensure that processes and reports reflect actual on-site conditions

·        Oversee all processes related to medical service administration

·        Facilitate smooth administration of billing and payments, ensuring reliable reports.

·        Collect, validate, process, and store billing data provided by contractors for services and purchases, including cashless transactions, back charges, Engro, purchases, contracts, access cardax, quotations, and others

·        Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports on invoices and billing
