The Toolpusher is responsible to ensure that drilling schedules are achieved in compliance with company guidelines, policies and procedures. The position liaises with client representatives and rig site leadership to achieve operational objectives and milestones. The position is responsible for all operations and departments involved with the drilling and completion of the well. Also, to ensure that all work is performed safety, efficiently and according to procedure. This position is responsible for all operations, including but not limited to, hoisting, circulating, rotating, running casing, cementing or well control. The Toolpusher takes total ownership of all operations, departments and personnel pertaining to the drilling and completion of the well.

Essential Functions:

• Provide visible leadership with a Total Ownership attitude. Owns safety standards.

General Duties

Preventive Maintenance

2. Set up a schedule for preventive maintenance and ensure its realization in a timely manner. 
3. Ensure that the plants are full listing is available and fully updated for a proper schedule of preventive maintenance. 
4. Liaise with project team on preventive maintenance whenever is necessary. 

Hotel safety and security 

1. In accordance with Indonesia laws and regulations, ensure safe usage of the fire, gas and electrical equipment and related items. 
2. Ensure regular fire drills are running in co-operation with the security department.

• Menjaga performance ATM Cabang dengan menjaga ketersediaan Cash pada ATM. Termasuk Monitoring Sub Ledger (SL) Kas ATM/CDM dan Kas Besar beserta proses rekonsiliasinya.
• Menjaga kerahasiaan password, pengelolaan User ID dan limit Teller serta aktivitas kontrol lainnya.
• Menjalankan mitigasi risiko atas seluruh proses transaksi agar berjalan secara lancar dan prudent.
• Menggunakan seluruh sistem dan pelaporan terkait transaksi Teller antara lain Cashy Online, DHN,  PinPad dan Q-matic.

Service Responsibilities :

• Memberikan layanan terbaik sesuai standard dan nilai layanan yang ditetapkan perusahaan, serta mencapai target pengukuran kualitas layanan baik eksternal ataupun internal.

• Supporting business unit in preparation and execution of new projects.
• Assisting communication with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  customer for new projects and series.
• Support sales report analysis for B2B after-sales activity.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

• Memastikan penguasaan dan pemahaman mendalam atas produk-produk yang dikeluarkan perusahaan, maupun produk-produk investasi dan relevansinya dengan kebutuhan pasar 

Operational Responsibilities :

• Mematuhi prosedur dan peraturan internal maupun eksternal dalam hal : KYC, Compliance, Certification, Audit.

Service Responsibilities :

• Memastikan pelaksanaan  pelayanan kepada nasabah untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepuasan nasabah
• Memastikan tingkat kepuasan nasabah atas layanan finansial yang diberikan, demi membangun hubungan baik dengan nasabah preferred existing maupun baru

Memastikan seluruh keluhan/complaint nasabah terselesaikan dengan baik, serta memastikan penyelesaian dilakukan tepat waktu dan memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan yang berlaku di CIMB Niaga.

Strategi dan Perencanaan (Strategy & Planning)

To Acquire new relationship with anchor Islamic communities to achieve management target in community-related Sharia Funding & Financing portfolio

• Preparing overall sales plan to achieve sales target.
• Guide & motivate distributor’s sales team to drive sales.
• Acquire new customers on potential new segment & area.
• Planning, tracking and follow up of sales inquiries, orders, customers forecasting and planning of each individual account.
• Ensure timely payment of customers for deliveries and also follow up customer back order within the system
• Ensure achievement of customer service level including customer complaint management and also the coordination with internal sales admin to support on time delivery to customers
• Ensure updated price list and products information is sent to customers for follow up
• Keep customer relation in a consistent customer visit plan in supporting the “push through” of marketing activities for sales into market
• Handling customer complaints, feedback in timely and disciplined manner
• After sales support and concern in terms of warranty handling and product return due to errors
• Working together with Sales Manager to assess the weighted distribution of products within the distribution channel
• Work closely with product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales of market relevant products

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and maintain showroom appearance and display including functioning and facility.
• Maintain Display / Showroom Decoration as CI
• Replace product consignment and product update.
• Monitor Inventory stock and maintain showroom product storage
• Monitor showroom consumables e.g. drinking water, cooking material for event and material supply for product testing etc.
• Arrangement of price tag and spec card for showroom’s products
• Coordinate showroom’s events/ activities
• Supervise showroom staff and coordinate with technician for product installation or product repairing
• Plan and create new opportunity to increase traffic and sales revenue
• Provide customer service e.g. handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collect customer data and develop a client database for CRM activities
• Manage inventory and sales reports
• Oversee and manage accuracy of selling process ex. payment, product delivery, installation etc.
• Prepare and send out quotation or products spec upon customer’s request.
• Responsible for events/ activities in showroom e.g. cooking class, live cooking, sales activities etc.
• Analyze event effectiveness and implement relevant CRM activities 
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Team to arrange showroom’s events
• Find the right partners to join showroom’s activities
• Plan annual activities e.g. CRM, cooking classes, strategic customer visit, in-store activities etc.
