Job Descriptions :
- Manage (Plan, Implement, Monitor, Evaluate and develop) the Improvement process to achieve company goals
- Conduct education and ensure continuous improvement runs in each department
- Identify and develop factors that influence improvement practice
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any filed (Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Management / Statistics / Information Engineering)
- Understanding Kaizen, 5R, 7 tools, PDCA
- Able to provide improvements or proposed improvements
- Able to perform data analysis
- Have experience in the same field at least 2 year
- Good Communication in English
