Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan pengujian bahan baku, bahan kemas, dan produk jadi
• Melakukan analisa terhadap hasil pengujian
• Melakukan dokumentasi dan melaporkan hasil pengujian
• Melakukan maintain (Kalibrasi dan pembersihan alat ukur departemen RnD) termasuk lingkup 5R
• Melakukan pengembangan produk kosmetik, formula baru, existing dan product development
• Melakukan breakdown formula yang dibutuhkan untuk notifikasi BPOM RI
• Melakukan scale up formula untuk pengembangan produk baru
• Melakukan pendampingan proses produksi untuk produk baru
• Melakukan dokumentasi dan melaporkan hasil tahap scale up untuk pengembangan formula

• Experience 5 years in EPC Project as Building Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Designer/Drafter.
• Experience in using Revit Software is preferable.
• Experience in using AutoCAD.

• Fully Understanding the International code and standards such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA.
• Fully Understanding electrical philosophy in design (system and construction design).
• Power System analysis in ETAP for Load Flow, short circuit and motor starting, Transient Study, Harmonic, power factor correction.
• Familiar with general Microsoft office.
• Working with responsibilities review specification, datasheet, load list, requisition, technical bid evaluation, calculation, BM & BQ, review drawing, vendor document.
• Fully Understanding electrical equipment testing and inspection including in Pre-/commissioning stage.
• Strong capability with schedule and design quality control.
• Capable to work in one project team
• Construction Work experience
• Able to work in a remote areas (project site)

• Capable to understand piping standard drawing
• Capable to understand piping layout
• Capable to operate 2D CAD / 3D Model
• 3D Modeling tools experience (S3D, AP3D), SPR & Navis operation.
• Middle experience knowledge and expertise in Piping Design-layout, 3D modeling, P-Info dwg, isometric, piping plan drawing, MTO sketch

• Capable for foundation design
• Capable for steel structure design
• Capable for building design
• Capable to use STAAD Pro

• Capable to provide assessment regarding soil condition for the project
• Capable to provide soil investigation work specification, calculate soil and pile bearing capacity for shallow and deep foundation
• Capable to conduct slope stability analysis
• Capable to conduct deep excavation study and calculation
• Capable to conduct analysis and recommend best soil improvement technique
• Familiar with Geotech software such as Plaxis, All Pile, Geo 5 and any other geotechnic software

• Familiar with International Code & standard related to Rotating equipment such as API, ISO, ASME/ANSI, HI, NFPA, AGMA and others.
• Having several years of experience as a requisition engineer who has the role and responsibility for handling the equipment and materials.
• Preparation and update of the engineering documents and material requisition, Vendor inquiry and Technical Bid Evaluation, V-Doc review,
• Coordination with various internal disciplines including Vendor HAZOP and 3D model review, resolution of technical issues with the vendors, etc.
