This role will be a full-time WFO position for 40 hours and 5 days a week. You’ll be working on-site from our studio in Sanur, Denpasar, Bali.

Main responsibilities

1. Financial operations
1. Manage daily financial operations, including petty cash and bank payments.
2. Maintain and reconcile financial transaction records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Prepare and process employee salaries, benefits, and compensation packages.
2. Financial Reporting:
1. Prepare and manage expense, income, and tax reports.
2. Develop monthly budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
3. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants and assist in preparing requirements for compliance and reporting.
3. Administration & support duties:
1. File and archive financial documents.
2. Report on financial matters to Director and on monthly meetings.
3. Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and relevant regulations.
4. Stay updated on accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry practices.
5. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
6. Perform other finance and administrative tasks as needed.

• You’re a data enthusiast and a meticulous person, ensuring no detail, however small, escapes your keen eye.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable with voicing your opinions to your superiors backed by data for the improvement of our processes.
• You’re fluent in accounting and financial systems, especially Jurnal and Excel, and have no trouble mastering new systems and procedures as well as being able to quickly adapt to changes.
• You manage to prioritize your tasks smoothly and manage your time effectively.
• You're a self-starter, ready to take on any task independently and see it through to completion, all while communicating and collaborating within a team environment.
• You commit to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
• You’re experienced with tax reports, and certification in Brevet Tax is a plus. 
• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with prior experience in a finance modeling or accounting role.

Salary expectations: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000

• Mengunjungi debitur dan melakukan pengiriman Surat Peringatan (SP) dalam masa tunggakan > 20 hari untuk melakukan validasi kondisi, analisa dan penagihan pembayaran kewajiban debitor yang belum diselesaikan.
• Menegosiasikan opsi pembayaran yang sesuai kepada nasabah
• Memonitor janji bayar debitur sesuai dengan masa tunggakan dan menagih kembali sesuai janji bayar.

• Melaporkan dan mendiskusikan dengan atasan mengenai hasil kunjungan/penanganan. Membuat catatan atas setiap aktivitas penagihan ke dalam collection system.
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak internal collection maupun unit terkait sehubungan dengan penanganan debitor 

This job responsible for corresponding with clients, preparing proposals and quotations and coordinating with internal departments and all concerned business partners to ensure that all reservations are made as per the clients’ requirements efficiently and in a timely basis.

• Handle clients’ enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquires are replied within 24 hours
• Prepare proposals, itineraries and quotations or make recommendations for alternative hotels or products for any special deals or unavailability and follow up on confirmation, amendments or cancellation
• Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, airlines-trains-bus-ship, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients’ requirement
• Check and update for any cancellations or amendments to the bookings and ensure that all bookings are done correctly
• Input reservation data, update on any cancellations or amendments and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation system
• Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure that all services will run smoothly
• Handle and follow up on pre-payment or deposit for bookings which do not have credit arrangement with the Company and coordinate with Accounting Department for payment from the clients

Education and Experience :

• Diploma degree in any fields
• Minimum 1 years of work experience in tour planner, tour reservation & quotation
• Having a experiences in understanding tour packages and explain the packages to client

Required Skills :
