What you will do but not limited to:

• Well experienced in build and manage ETL process for data transformation, quality and reliability. 

• Well experience in building data platform based on server cluster such as Hadoop, Spark and Kafka and using any of the major CSPs (AWS, GCP or Azure). 

• Ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested, reusable, secure code and follow INDICO CI/CD pipeline. 

• Strong in technical expertise with various data sources & types. 

• Having Data engineering or Cloud certification is a plus.

Operator sample pengalaman bisa membuat 1 baju

• Melakukan briefing awal terkait pembagian kerja yang harus dilakukan
• Memastikan semua bahan dan perlengkapan untuk menjahit sudah tersedia sebelum bekerja
• Mengoperasikan mesin jahit dan melakukan uji coba sebelum digunakan
• Memperhatikan tugas menjahit yang sudah ditugaskan oleh supervisor dengan benar dan teliti.
• Memeriksa kembali hasil jahitan agar sesuai dengan desain yang ditentukan, serta memastikan tidak ada yang cacat atau tidak sesuai
• Memperbaiki hasil jahitan yang tidak sesuai
• Melaksanakan perawatan umum dan pencegahan pada mesin jahit agar tetap tahan lama
• Membersihkan area kerja, termasuk mesin jahit

Executive - Marketing provide support for Marketing Department in terms of day-to-day marketing operational, dealing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders assigned by Marketing Manager, as well as managing stocks & requests for promotional materials.

1.      Execute the implementation of Marketing Plan as approved by Managing Director including but not limited to new product launches such as Create Catalogue, promotion tools (BTL & ATL) and engage in event/activity

2.     Support  in manage  Corporate Digital Assets  (Website and Social Media Platforms) with appointed 3rd party vendors  (FB &IG)  and also handling customer compliance from call center

3.     Perform market analysis such as competitor analysis, market research and business opportunity for new category

4.     Support in A&P management, in part of controlling inventory management and asset management

5.     Maintain good relationships with external (ie. 3rd party vendors, Advertising/ Creative Agencies, Health/ Medical Associations, Foundations, etc.)

6.     Provide administrative support and good teamwork with internal stakeholders

Perform training and product knowledge education to distributor and/or outlet’s frontliners

1.       Diploma or Bachelor degree in any majors

2.       Prior experience in Sales or Marketing of minimum 1 year; experience in Consumer Healthcare industry is advantage

3.       Strong in communication; preferably good in English both written and oral Self-starter, well-organized, creative thinking and good negotiating skills

4.       Able to prioritize tasks according to job demands and deadlines, resulting in high-quality results

5.       Skilled in fostering positive relationships and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders

6.       Capable of maintaining accurate records and managing stock efficiently, while providing support for documentation filing.

7.       Experienced in engaging with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure successful collaborations

• Menjaga sistem inventory untuk semua raw material dan supporting material yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan produksi.
• Mengontrol kecukupan semua raw material dan supporting raw material untuk proses produksi.
• Memastikan terjaminnya material balance sesuai dengan formula yang telah ditetapkan oleh R&D.
• Membuat jadwal produksi.
• Menyiapkan Bill of Material.
