-          Proficiency in using HR software and tools for recruitment and administrative task.

-          Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.

-          Familiar with Edabu system (BPJS Kesehatan) and SIPP system (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

-          Able to have job responsibilities such as recruitment, general administrative, employee relations and training & development.
