About the Role:

Reporting to the Quotations Supervisor. Working and liaising with Sales teams across the Globe for the preparation of travel/tour itineraries. A daily target will be assigned for this role. This role will be based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research all destinations to plan, coordinate and accurately cost tour itineraries for clients.
2. Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
3. Build and maintain good client relationships.
4. Priorities daily work as necessary.
5. Reply to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within 24 hours.
6. Ensure filing is auctioned without delay and is filed correctly and neatly.
7. Undertake as requested, other tasks or projects and complete them within the given time frame.
8. Work closely with other departments and maintain good relationships with them

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Korean literature.
2. Required skill(s): ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
3. Required language(s): English (MUST).
4. Required language(s): Korean (MUST).
5. At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

1. Contact prospective leads to introduce McEasy company and products
2. Identify the customer's business and pain points that can be addressed with McEasy's service offerings. Information includes: business industry, scale, operational issues related to the fleet, decision maker contacts, solutions for customers' issues
3. Schedule visits to be conducted by Sales Executive (SE) and introduce them to the customers' point of contact (PIC).
4. Assist SE in the deal closure and installation process by coordination with SE (prepare and send sales quotations, contracts, etc., also follow up customers until deal closure).
5. Conduct lead canvassing through website searching.
6. Update customer activities and information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
7. Evaluate and enhance existing SDR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Managing the whole strategic operation for Sparepart Department.
• Ensuring dicipline, productivity, and enhancing the quality of the whole sparepart team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products in the market.
• Handling escalation from the Sparepart team for unresolved issues to the Director Business Expansion.
• Transfer product knowledge to the supervisor and telesales team and collaborate to achieve sales target.
• Planning the whole sparepart team activities, distributing lead proportionally, including participating in join calls to support
