Job Description :

·        Bertanggung jawab atas trial formulasi dan keberhasilan trial

·        Bertanggung jawab atas hasil pengembangan produk

·        Bertanggung jawab terhadap analisis dan pengujian produk trial, produk verifikasi

·        Bertanggung jawab terhadap stabilitas dan kompatibilitas produk trial dan verifikasi

·        Bertanggung jawab atas laporan kegiatan Research & Development

Job Requirements :

·        Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Analis Research & Development

·        Pengalaman dalam bidang Adjustmen Colour min 1 tahun

·        Pendidikan minimal D3, S1 Farmasi / Kimia

·        Lebih diutamakan dari perusahaan Kosmetik / Skincare

·        Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·        Komunikatif, mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

• Perform data input and SAP system updates related to Merchandising tasks.
• Create and send Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on material orders.
• Monitor samples, artwork approvals, and production progress.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery to buyers.
• Complete KP (Order Confirmation), BOM (Bill of Material), PR (Purchase Request), and PO tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Prepare Annual Reports, Company Profiles, and Press Releases.

4. MENCARI SOLUSI PROSES SEWING YANG MUNGKIN LEBIH EFEKTIF UNTUK BULK PRODUKSI
5. MEETING DENGAN BUYER/PERANCANG DAN BERSAMA MEMBERIKAN PENJELASAN KEPADA TEAM PATTERN DAN SEWING DENGAN BENAR

1. MEMBUAT PATTERN 3D UNTUK SAMPLE
2. MENGETAHUI STANDAR PATTERN

·        Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on market trends.

·        Know about making cosmetics in terms of concept or implementation.

·        Involve in a new product development project.

·        Do a market analysis of the products.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new products.

·        Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.

• Responsible for the identification of new business opportunities and the pursuit of all of the aspects associated with the deliverables for the programs.
• Responsible for and expected to consistently provide effective management of sales efforts along with the managed accounts to ensure business plan targets are met.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

a.     Menggambar Desain dan Gambar Kerja

b.     Menghitung bahan

c.      Sinkronisasi gambar dengan kondisi nyata

d.     Bekerja sama dengan tim profesional lain seperti insinyur bangunan, manajer konstruksi, atau surveyor

e.     Melaksanakan pengawasan pekerjaan di lapangan, sehingga tetap terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana kerja.

f.       Menampung segala persoalan di lapangan dan menyampaikannya kepada pemimpin proyek.

g.      Membantu survey dan mengumpulkan data di lapangan.

h.     Menjaga hubungan baik dengan instasi serta masyarakat setempat yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan..

i.       Melakukan pengawasan berkala

j.       Membuat Laporan Pekerjaan

k.      Pekerjaan Lain yang diperintahkan oleh Atasan berkaitan dengan Job Desk ini

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

a.     Memprogram dan menjalankan Mesin CNC Furniture,

b.     Menjadi leader produksi untuk perakitan dan istalasi furniture bersama team di lokasi customer.

c.      Membuat  dan membaca gambar kerja,

d.     Menyusun rencana dan target produksi

e.     Menjalankan prosedur pengoperasian mesin dan instalasi furniture sesuai SOP dan tepat waktu sesuai dengan target yang diberikan

f.       Melakukan pekerjaan tepat, rapi, bersih dan bertanggung jawab serta melakukan Quality Control

g.      Menjaga kebersihan dan memelihara kondisi mesin agar tetap dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

h.     Pekerjaan lainnya yang diperintahkan kepadanya yang berhubungan posisi/jobdesc.

Kualifikasi :

•            Pendidikan SMK/STM atau sederajat

•            Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai operator Mesin CPP Film Flexible Packaging

•            Dapat bekerja secara individu maupun team

•            Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift
