 Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Legal or Environmental
• At least 3-5 Years of working experiences in Compliance field (preferred from mining company)
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)

 Responsibilities:

•  responsible for overseeing an organization’s compliance with government laws and regulations.
•  coordinating with company management to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.
• identifying and eliminating the risks of noncompliance, both externally and internally.
• -Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Maintain relationship between company related institutions (I.e : Vendor / clients or government)
•  Handle administrative work such as travel arrangement, meeting preparation, taking MoM, etc
• Processing payment submission to Finance Department
• Translation both verbal and non verbal
• Filing

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Mandarin fluency.
• Required Skill(s): Ms. Office, Taxation, Export Import, Negotiation, Indonesia Customs Regulation.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Have knowledge in Ferro-nickel would be advantageous



Responsibilites :

•  Handling Customs Clearance process and ensure the export/import shipments applicable to the Indonesia Customs Regulations and Company Regulation
• Liaise with third party (forwarder) according Export/Import process
• Calculate duty and tariff payments owed on shipments
• Monitor or trace the location of goods
• Update Customs regulation to manager

Requirements : 

• Minimum 1 years experienced as personal assistant or executive assistant. Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Fluent in English
• Excellent in Communication, negotiation
• Attractive, well groomed, confident, resourceful and talkative

Responsibilities :

• Act as a liaison / representative between company and external parties such as government, ministries, and/or other insitutions
• Conduct internal and / or external meetings.
