What You'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify areas for optimization.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize campaign delivery, improve performance, and maximize ROI.
Leverage data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations and recommendations to clients.
Prepare detailed campaign reports and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Collaborate with Media Planners to create insightful client reports and address discrepancies.
Work closely with Sales, Creative, Media Planning, Account Management, and Engineering teams to resolve creative issues, pacing deficiencies, and client concerns.
Represent the agency in client meetings, providing expert media strategy and digital consultation.
Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Oversee all aspects related to server Wi-Fi and liaise with service providers to ensure optimal performance.
IT Resource Management:
Create and maintain records for IT arrangements, including laptops, internal systems (Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers), and any studio room setups in future offices.
Onboarding Support:
Prepare and install applications on laptops for new joiners and ensure mobile devices are set up.
PBX Management:
Manage PBX systems and monitor associated costs.
Employee Offboarding:
Assist with checking laptops for resigning employees and arrange necessary forms.
Collaboration with Third Parties:
Work with vendors for internet services, printers, CCTV, and telecommunication needs, including:
Internet problem resolution.
Requesting XL phone numbers.
Ordering laptops and managing equipment repairs.
Overseeing live streaming bandwidth and ensuring service continuity.
Vendor Supervision:
Supervise vendor performance regarding Wi-Fi connections or related to the technical issue
