Requirements :

- At least bachelors degree.

- Have 2-3 years experiences as Organization Development in Insurance or Banking Industry it’s a plus

- Have experiences in Job Evaluation and/or Workload Analysis.

-

Have strong analytical & logical thinking.

- Familiar with Job Grading process & Tower Watson.

- Familiar with interpreting data, processing data, and using Ms. Visio.

Main Responsibility :

- Review, analyze, and create Organization Design.

- Workload Analysis

- Doing Job Evaluation & Job Grading for all job position.

• Responsible to sending daily/weekly report for stakeholders
• Developing and monitoring admin to do daily tasks/project
• Doing ad hoc/ routine report
• Working together with operations strategist to maintain report or lead project
