Some of your duties will include:

• To maintain and ensure beyond compliance practice compared to all applicable Government of Indonesia Environmental regulations, commitments specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, environmental commitments and objectives, and other obligations.
• To provide input for beyond compliance requirements that can be implemented in the company, business practices.
• To coordinate all related stakeholders in beyond compliance practice and the preparation of the Green PROPER report.

·        Supervise the daily operation of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)’s and process control wastewater treatment and related maintenance activity.

·        Supervise the operation and practice of process control of Sewage Treatment Plant and coordinate with laboratory crew

Some of your duties will include:

·        To supervise in the day-to-day activities associated with plumbing, piping maintenance included welding;

·        Responsible for all plumbing and piping installations are maintained, repaired, serviced and installed as required to international standards. • Maintains consistent standard safety, quality, conduct and productivity : responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all mechanical plumbing systems installed or maintained by the company; Conduct quality control inspections of all mechanical plumbing systems installed or maintained, including HVAC, piping, and water systems; Ensure that all mechanical plumbing systems comply with relevant codes and standards, including local, state, and federal regulations; Work closely with the F&S Dept's maintenance and construction teams to ensure all mechanical plumbing work is completed to the highest quality standards; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, including inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance records; Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all mechanical plumbing work is completed to company standards and on schedule.
• Effectively communicates complete and correct safety interaction to crew; Ensures safety rules and regulation are followed at all times
• Plans for necessary manpower, materials and equipment necessary for work to be performed.
• Organizes and plans work efficiently and completes work within or ahead of schedule with minimal rework.

·        Responsible for reporting weekly/monthly yearly equipment preventative maintenance progress

·        Manage work order, in conjunction with the cost of equipment service so that the maintenance supervisor is able to track actual versus budget costs and equipment performance.

·        Prepares detailed critical path plans and job cards, including equipment and materials lists for major jobs.
