Restaurant Manager (VIEW)

As a Restaurant Manager of VIEW, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the success of a high-end dining establishment. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional dining experience, managing a team of skilled professionals, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizens only.

What you will be doing:

• Ensures guests are well looked after, from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
• Enquires whether guests are satisfied throughout the meal.
• Offers attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraint.
• Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
• Promotes the F&B offer under his/her responsibility.
• Organizes the work for the team, including the need to multi-skill in employees' job requirements.
• Ensures the point of sale is prepared to a high standard.
• Takes the global level of activity into account when managing the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations.
• Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition.
• Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, including revenue and expenses.
• Control costs, such as food and labor costs, to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements.
• Implement pricing strategies and promotions to increase sales.

Financial Responsibilities  :

• Membuat rencana aktivitas penjualan berdasarkan target yang ditetapkan, menentukan prioritas yang harus dicapai dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang sehingga rencana kerja tersosialisasi dengan baik.
• Memastikan penguasaan dan pemahaman mendalam atas produk-produk yang dikeluarkan perusahaan, maupun produk-produk investasi dan relevansinya dengan kebutuhan pasar 

Operational Responsibilities :

• Mematuhi prosedur dan peraturan internal maupun eksternal dalam hal : KYC, Compliance, Certification, Audit.

Service Responsibilities :

• Memastikan pelaksanaan  pelayanan kepada nasabah untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepuasan nasabah
• Memastikan tingkat kepuasan nasabah atas layanan finansial yang diberikan, demi membangun hubungan baik dengan nasabah preferred existing maupun baru

Memastikan seluruh keluhan/complaint nasabah terselesaikan dengan baik, serta memastikan penyelesaian dilakukan tepat waktu dan memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan yang berlaku di CIMB Niaga.

• Ensure accurate reporting of new joiner training provided by trainers.
• Deliver refresher training to existing employees and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain and update the schedule for refresher training sessions.
• Regularly review and update training materials on a monthly basis.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, banking, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of valuable experience as a Trainer or QC to our dynamic team.

• Prepare performance reports of the QC Team, conduct analysis, and engage in discussions with the Head of Collection on new strategies, work programs, regulations, SOPs, capacity plans, and other matters pertaining to the QC process.
• Create, execute, monitor, evaluate, and enhance programs, methodologies, and training initiatives.
• Analyze Quality Control test results and deliver feedback and interpretation to the Collection Team.
• Ensure seamless integration of all Quality Control activities within the program's work management system and technology.
• Oversee, assess, evaluate, and enhance the performance of the QC Teams to meet the KPI targets and motivate team members to attain plan goals.
• Participate in Collection Meetings with the Collection Manager.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for a background in finance, banking, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the dynamic landscape of the financial technology industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building.
• Previous experience in Agency Management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive is a must.
• Exceptional communication, investigation, and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
• Fluency in both Bahasa and English (preferred).

• Set and provide a selling strategy with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Improve sales performance by working together with another related unit.
• Monitor sales agency to provide team needs (people, motivation, etc), together with Regional Head.

• Support organizations implement data and information security.

• Bachelor's degree

• 5 years of sales experience and a minimum of 2 years of leading a team consisting of 25+ team members.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Ability to travel in order to do business
• Preferably specialized in Telecommunication Industry.
