• Develop and grow the Powerplant market

• Take care relation with customers and create new opportunity

III. Essential Professional Experience:

• At least have 2 years working experience in similar position.

• At least have good relationship with Powerplant Segment, such as PLN Nusantara

Power, PT. PLN Indonesia Power, PLN Engineering and other

IV. Skill:

• Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

• Have strong presentation skill

• Have strong communication skill

• Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is advantage

V. Qualification:

• Age range 25 – 35 years old

• Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is advantage or have sales electrical

Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in the finance department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, effective management of financial transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations. This role will involve assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, as well as assisting with audits and budgeting.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• To ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger and to maintain and to minimize balance of hotel and accounts receivable.
• To prepare the proforma invoice, invoice and all the billing related with clients.
   

• Process and verify supplier invoices and ensure correct coding of expenses.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payment receipts, and related documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Collaborate with other departments to clarify and resolve billing issues.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial controls and commitment to follow all local corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Account Payable & General Cashier.
• Must have excellent cash handling skills evidenced by no overages and shortages for count and verify daily cash receipts that are submitted from outlet cashiers.
• Must work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
• Must collect daily cash drops in the presence of a witness.
• Document the reconciliation of all cash receipts to the PMS system and complete the daily cash over and short report.
• Consolidate, prepare and make the daily bank deposits in a timely manner.
• Reconcile daily cash submissions from various departments in the hotel against the bank deposits.
• Report daily all cash discrepancies to the Chief Accountant and/or Director of Finance.
• Issue due-backs to hotel cashiers as required.
• Deposit cheque proceeds on a timely basis.
• Prepare General Cashier Daily Report & submit to Chief Accountant and/or Director of Finance for approval.
• Make petty cash disbursements according to established policies.
• Reconcile petty cash payments every Thursday and submit for Director of Finance’s approval.
• Conduct surprise float count on all cashier holding floats, on a quarterly basis. Any discrepancies must be reported to the Chief Accountant and/or Director of Finance immediately.
• Maintain over and short records for each cashier and show evidence of review by Chief Accountant and or Director of Finance.
• Maintain current house bank agreements.
• Prepare a monthly summary of float counts. The total must include banks issued and must tie to the general ledger house bank account.
• Resolve any deposit discrepancies directly with the bank while keeping the Chief Accountant and/or Director of Finance aware of the said discrepancies.
• Assist in cashiering trainings and be available as needed to support cashiers in resolving problems in cash handling procedures.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management

About The Role

In Legal - Compliance and Admin Team, you will help and assure Company’s compliance, license, and other parts of compliance matters are aligned with applicable law and regulation in Indonesia. Also you will handle legal administration of the Company and administration of the Legal Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the internal team with legal requests and/or requirements.
• Manage the company's Intellectual Property rights and conduct audits on IP that may potentially infringe upon the company's IP.
• Responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with legal obligations within the legal system in Indonesia (OSS, LKPM, Construction Reports).
• Responsible for internal regulations within the company (coordinating with the HR team).
• Ensure and update the company's permits and licenses.

• Bachelor degree of law from reputable university

• 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE)

• Having an experience in construction company would be preferable

• Having experience in handling OSS and LKPM, also accustomed to dealing and communicating with Government institutions.

About The Role

In the Legal - Dispute Resolution Team, you will take care and assure any legal dispute or any potential legal dispute will be acted and resolved accordingly. This team is also responsible to submit legal risk management towards upper-management regarding projects and/or any action from other departments. This team, with the Finance Dept. and the People Dept. will also ensure any misbehaviour, misconduct, and/or any wrongdoing by employees of the Company will be acted accordingly with Company Regulation and applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.
