About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Associate to join AMODA. In this position, you will be responsible for tasks such as preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and assisting with payroll. You will also be involved in various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and daily cash flow
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and address inquiries related to accounting and taxation
• Perform month-end and year-end closing process for the preparation of financial statements and management reports that guides for strategic decision-making
• Participating in audit processes and financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Conducting in-depth research on tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for optimization and compliance enhancement
• Staying at the forefront of industry trends and tax developments to provide informed guidance to clients and internal teams
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/Tax/Banking or a related field from a reputable university
• 3+ years of working experience in the finance/accounting/tax department for a high growth organization or a start-up company (preferably in the construction/manufacturing/hospitality industry)
• Strong understanding of local accounting principles especially the updated one such as PSAK 72 & PSAK 73, Tax Regulations, and Financial Reporting rules in Indonesia
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate and Jurnal.id (preferably), Ms. Suite, and Taxation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytic skills, and problem solving
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Having Brevet A & B certificates would be an advantage

Role Overview

As a Level 1 Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing security events to safeguard the organisation’s digital assets. Using tools like Microsoft Sentinel, you will triage alerts, investigate incidents, and escalate issues as necessary. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in cybersecurity by gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Analysis:
• Continuously monitor Microsoft Sentinel for security alerts and potential threats.
• Analyse and prioritise security events to determine their legitimacy and severity.
• Incident Investigation and Escalation:
• Investigate alerts for signs of unauthorised access, malware activity, or phishing attempts.
• Escalate confirmed security incidents to Level 2 Analysts or the Incident Response team.
• Security Operations:
• Perform initial response actions such as disabling user accounts, blocking IPs, or containing suspicious activities under supervision.
• Log and document all events, analysis, and actions taken during the investigation process.
• Collaboration and Training:
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve security issues promptly.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Sentinel features, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Requirements

• Technical Knowledge:
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel and Azure security tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and common threat types.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience:
• 0–2 years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT support role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (preferred).
• Familiarity with KQL (Kusto Query Language) for advanced queries in Microsoft Sentinel is an advantage.

Work Arrangement & Travel Requirements

• This is a remote role; however, a hybrid work arrangement may be introduced in the future if needed.
• The role may require occasional travel to the HQ in Singapore, as required or up to once every half year.
• Travel will follow Singapore’s per-diem travel arrangements to cover expenses.

Other Information

• This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Being on standby or working on a rotation basis may be required to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience.

What You'll Do

• Creating report for all digital marketing campaign : Influencer marketing, and paid media buying.
• Research, perform benchmarking, analyze data, and help make recommendations.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing team to gather data and information due to creating the analysis
• Monitoring market trends so that can bring some recommendation for the report
• Understand the campaign and the client very well in order to prepare the appropriate report
• Maintain the deadline for the report generation
• Produce data visualization with a strong storytelling element.
• Develop a market insight / market trend due to help the Digital Marketing team for supporting data while on pitch

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
• Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Review changes in tax regulations and develop relevant internal policies.

• Support the development of agreed scorecards across sales teams and sourcing regions markets to track performance KPI
• Support the development of KPI and establish scorecard metrics
• Support the design and development of sales reports for key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends.
• Provide support to the General Manager & Sales Teams for market data, customer data analysis, commercial partnership (analyze Sales Forecast, AOP, market share data), new program ROI analysis
• Design Ad-Hoc reports based on available data / Metrics to support sales initiatives.
• Assist and Support the Develop of systems and processes to collect, analyze and interpret sales data, leveraging existing data sources and tools. (e.g. Finance Cube, BI Tool, Qlik Sense)
• Understand the tools and support the analysis to establish and reconcile gaps and errors
• Support the identification of reporting and analysis problems and work with relevant organizations, systems owners and management to resolve. (e.g. Finance, IT)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes for the sales organization
• Provide support for Sales Target formulation and review. In charge of the Sales Target Achievement measurement process ( SIP ) and manage the relevant enquiry.
• Support ad hoc projects on reviewing, understanding the systems, providing input to improvement the systems so that more detail analysis at program level can be done for Sales Teams
