Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data operasional armada kendaraan (utilization rate, fuel consumption, maintenance records)

- Membuat dashboard dan laporan performa kendaraan secara berkala

- Mengidentifikasi pola dan tren dalam data operasional untuk optimasi rute dan efisiensi bahan bakar

- Memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk peningkatan operasional dan pemeliharaan armada

- Mengembangkan sistem tracking dan monitoring kendaraan yang efektif

- Berkolaborasi dengan tim operasional untuk implementasi solusi berbasis data

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan minimal SMA Sederajat

- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang analisis data, lebih disukai di industri logistik/transportasi

- Mahir menggunakan MS Excel

- Pemahaman yang baik tentang fleet management dan logistics operations

- Kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan attention to detail

- Komunikatif dan dapat bekerja dalam tim

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented KYC Analyst on a contract basis to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with an interest in the investment and capital markets. As a KYC Analyst, you will conduct thorough due diligence on both local and foreign customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Conduct comprehensive KYC due diligence by collecting and verifying customer identification documents to validate identities and backgrounds in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze customer profiles and transactional data to assess risk and identify suspicious activities that may indicate potential money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Investigate and resolve verification issues with customers or coordinate with relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain well-organized, accurate documentation of all KYC activities, including customer documents, assessments, and communications, in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field are welcome to apply.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE : 

You will be responsible for Account Payable and Taxation. You will be based in Cikarang. This is a 5 months contractual role. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Prepare VAT invoices and key in VAT 
• Prepare reconciliation of tax accounts, tax payment and tax reporting
• Prepare Withholding certificates and send to Vendors

Some of your duties will include:

·        Serve as the go-to expert for HRIS-related queries

·        Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed for management and other stakeholders; Collaborates with internal and / or external stakeholders to understand business and HR requirements and develops routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards in line with these requirements.

·        Compiles, sorts, and organizes data in preparation for subsequent analysis HR Data to generate reports

·        Identifies and resolves any data quality issues by conducting both routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testing

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for suggesting enhancements to policies and procedures in the event of reoccurring inventory accuracy within the warehouse group. This position also works in conjunction with internal and external audits groups during site review and compliance testing within warehouse areas. Compliance Analyst is also responsible to track the issuance, dispatch and incoming receipt of repairable components.

·        To conduct self-assessment audits to ensure individual warehouses are performing their duties in adherence to established policies and procedures.

·        To perform physical inventory cyclic stocktaking at all warehouse locations.

·        To monitor warehouse operations areas to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

·        To audit document control within the warehouse data input area.

·        Performs physical cyclic stocktaking at all warehouses and lay down locations and investigates variances.

·        Prepare inventory adjustment sheets and forward though to immediate supervisor for review.

·        Prepares reports advising management of count discrepancies found by warehouse locations.

·        Performs audits and inspections in the data input area to ensure documentation is processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.

·        Coordinates with Administration Coordinators to investigate and resolve negative stock-on-hand balances.

·        Performs physical inspection of Capitalized and Insurance items to ensure inventory is stored in an appropriate manner that protects its condition.

·        Checks material-in-transit reports to determine if inventory has been physically received but not yet acquitted.

·        Review warehouse non-action reports to monitor warehouse service level performance.

·        Recommends stock preservation to warehouse supervisors for items that require special storage requirements.

·        Coordinates with user departments to ensure that technical inspections are performed on repaired items prior to storage.

·        Control secure cyclic count records through centralized filing for all warehouse counts performed.

·        Other duties as assigned.

ideas within Consumer and Retail coverage with the opportunity to explore emerging sectors. You will assist our clients to access those

companies covered, travel to develop industry contacts when available and service the largest institutional investors in the world on a daily basis.

Given the coverage scope of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to explore highly detailed company analysis in addition to a wider, macro level

view.

A tertiary qualification in economics, finance or a similar discipline

4+ years’ relevant experience gained within sell-side research, buy-side research, investment banking or similar environments; existing

coverage in Consumer, Retail or related sectors would be an advantage

Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and a track record of building solid relationships with international and domestic

institutional clients as well as internal teams globally

Logical and analytical lateral thinker with a passion for equity research and strong drive to succeed

1.  Audits daily Rooms and Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process.
2. Audits revenue from telephone, telex, and facsimile unless these are automatically linked to the computer for billing.
3.  Audits revenue from other Operated Departments such as Garage, Pro shops, Laundry and Business Centre for completeness.
4.  Ensures that all the day’s Banquet revenue has been recorded.
5.  Checks the daily General Cashier’s report against recorded cash movement.
6.  Monitors cashier shortages/overages and investigates any substantial amount and bring to the attention of the Director of Finance’s office.
7. Verifies that the computerised Daily Report reflects completely all of the day’s transactions.
8. Reviews paid-outs and allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval, and supporting documentation.
9.  Verifies supports for complimentary and house use rooms and for rooms charged at rates varying from the rack potential.
10.  Spot checks the accuracy of regular and contractual room rates in the system.
11.  Reviews all house use and entertainment checks for propriety and ensure that they are signed and authorised.
12.  Audits all Food and Beverage outlets checks on the List of Negative Check Lines for explanation and approval by Outlet captain’s/automatic kitchen orders.
13.  Audits the List of Voided Restaurant Checks for proper approvals and explanations.
14. Checks the sequential use of Food and Beverage checks, foreign exchange vouchers, official receipts and to investigate any missing or irregular forms.
15.  Reviews the guest ledger balances daily and research questionable movements.
16. Investigates late charges and skippers. All details should be forwarded to the Credit manager for further action.
17. Ensures that all employees’ City Ledger Accounts are closed at month end.
18. Carries out surprise checks of rooms, fitness centre attendance and car park collections, etc.
19. Carries out surprise cash counts of cashier’s floats.
20.  Carries out surprise foreign currency counts.
21. Monitors the organised execution of the night audit program by Front Office personnel.

·        Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

·        Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet

·        Perform Balance Sheet details review with all the team and related parties
