STAFF ADMINISTRASI

1. Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.

2. Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles

3. Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects

4. Responsible to payment processing for operational transaction and daily monitoring operational transaction and reconciliation

5. Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts.

6. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.

8. Provide Association report (OJK report), website of association, IDX report, LLD LKNB (BI) report.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
• Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.
• Review changes in tax regulations and develop relevant internal policies.

• Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software (a plus).

• Identify and implement the efficient and effective processes and systems to ensure statutory requirements are achieved to support the strategic objectives of the company and to ensure the compliance to Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Perform the day to day areas of cost accounting, journaling Account Payable of subsidiary company and Chandra Asri to ensure the completeness of related documents, cash advance and related transactions.
• Perform the financial and statutory reporting deadline, specifically managing the financial and statutory accounting function, to ensure the compliance to the Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Develop report of cost accounting to the Cost Accounting Supervisor, Cost Accounting Section Manager to ensure all related activities are well-documented.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Memeriksa dan melakukan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan transaksi keuangan.
• Membuat sales order, surat jalan, invoice, dan faktur pajak.
• Merekap piutang, pajak masuk dan keluar.
• Membuat laporan rekap omzet per bulan.
• Merekap absensi, menghitung payroll dan bpjs.
• Paham akan Dokumen Legal dan Perijinan (OSS)
• Paham terkait Pemasukan Dokumen Tender (EPROC)

Syarat dan Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma Accounting.
• Diutamakan Berpengalaman Accounting dan Finance di perusahaan konstruksi/sejenisnya
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Accounting dan Admin.
• Menguasai Microsoft Office secara mendalam.
• Menguasai Zahir Accounting.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

Financial Oversight:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions in journals and verify the correctness of financial statements
• Manage the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP). including gross margin analysis, SKU profitability, and distribution cost analysis

Working Capital Management: 

• Oversee cash flow, receivables, and payables, especially in managing inventory and minimize days sales outstanding (DSO)

Data Management:

• Gather and analyze data from various departments to support financial decision-making
• Serve as a gatekeeper for financial processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols while remaining adaptable to changes

Tax Knowledge:

• Possess a solid understanding of tax regulations WHT 21, 23, 4(2), 25, VAT and implications related to accounting practices
• Assist in tax-related matters, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax efficiency

Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to FMCG or distribution, including audits, tax regulations, and internal controls

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations, and communicate financial insights to senior leadership

System & Process Improvement:

• Be a proactive problem-solver, able to navigate challenges with flexibility and creativity
• Implement and enhance financial systems and processes to increase operational efficiency, streamline distribution costs, and improve financial accuracy

Staff Administrasi

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Forecasting and monitoring of expenditure

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Perform other duties as assigned (if any)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable
