As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. The Loyalty & Promotion Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of loyalty programs and promotional strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You will drive initiatives that create memorable experiences and value for our users.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, and implement innovative loyalty programs that enhance customer experience and retention.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for promotions that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional strategies across multiple channels.
• Set KPIs and track program performance, analysing results to optimize loyalty efforts.
• Research competitor loyalty programs and promotions to keep offerings competitive and relevant.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for program improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/MBA or any related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or similar roles, with a focus on loyalty programs & promotions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making, and detailed.
• Experience working with loyalty and CRM platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and well-structured thinker with a passion for enhancing customer experience.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in loyalty programs and promotions including consumer behaviour in digital ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully managing loyalty initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Exposure in Engineering is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

1. Melakukan monitoring terhadap tim marketing/business partner dalam hal kinerja dan pencapaian target

2. Melakukan market review dan menjalankan strategi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan

3. Bertanggung jawab atas proses bisnis dalam hal SOP, baik secara administrasi maupun di lapangan.

4. Bertanggung jawab atas portofolio cabang/point secara kualitas dan kuantitas

5. Bertanggung jawab atas soliditas tim dan mampu me-manage konflik internal tim atas dasar peraturan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma

2. Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim min 2th

3. Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5 orang

4. Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Manager (Lembaga Keuangan Sistem Grameen diutamakan)

5. Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target

6. Mempunyai motor untuk digunakan bekerja

As a Sales Manager - Rooms, you will be responsible for driving revenue through sales of hotel rooms. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities.
