• Preparing overall sales plan to achieve sales target.
• Guide & motivate distributor’s sales team to drive sales.
• Acquire new customers on potential new segment & area.
• Planning, tracking and follow up of sales inquiries, orders, customers forecasting and planning of each individual account.
• Ensure timely payment of customers for deliveries and also follow up customer back order within the system
• Ensure achievement of customer service level including customer complaint management and also the coordination with internal sales admin to support on time delivery to customers
• Ensure updated price list and products information is sent to customers for follow up
• Keep customer relation in a consistent customer visit plan in supporting the “push through” of marketing activities for sales into market
• Handling customer complaints, feedback in timely and disciplined manner
• After sales support and concern in terms of warranty handling and product return due to errors
• Working together with Sales Manager to assess the weighted distribution of products within the distribution channel
• Work closely with product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales of market relevant products

• Maintaining relationship with business partners.
• Gathering and/or analyzing internal/external data to drive business plan and strategies.
• Acquiring New Business and maintain existing/renewal business to ensure sustainability and profitable business.
• Performing Project management role in collaboration in related parties (internal/external) to ensure excellent execution.
• Performing effective communication to ensure business proses and activities meet with all compliance guidance, available SOP and local regulation.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Minimum 5 years working experiences as Business development or related work area in Insurance Industry, where having experiences in General Insurance is preferred.
• Excellence understanding in general insurance market ecosystem, product, business process & mitigation.
• Excellence in communication & presentation skills.
• Excellence in analytical thinking, ideas & solution, and attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• Age range: 25-38 years
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Target-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in handling General Business accounts is preferred
