Join Amartha as a Senior Business Analyst within our Partnership Lending business unit. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our productive and consumptive lending products. Your expertise in data analysis and strategic thinking will be instrumental in driving our mission to deliver innovative financial solutions that empower our customers and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive data analysis on our productive and consumptive lending products to gain insights into customer behavior, trends, and business performance
• Recommend solutions to improve business efficiency and product offerings
• Designing and implementing new lending products, including crafting commercials and building robust product models 
• Monitor product performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Accuracy and timeliness of data analysis and reporting
• Development and launch of new lending products that meet or exceed performance targets
• Achievement of project milestones

• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
• Preferably more than 2 year experience in data analytics or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience in financial services (banks, P2Ps, mutifinances, etc), and familiar with product & operations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken

• Assist planning processes and forecasts in close coordination with other members of the FP&A team
• Understand & drive insights from the operating units and full company P&L
• Analyze financial results and communicate key messages to senior members of the FP&A team
• Analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities and provide support as new processes are coordinated and put in place
• Ensure delivery of all financial data/reporting in a timely manner from the team members
• Ensure the control and the integrity of the data throughout the reporting production
• Other ad hoc analytical projects as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience including finance and systems administration
• Detail-oriented and well organized with strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with financial system transformation a plus
• Self-starter and team player, able to work independently and collaboratively with various teams in a deadline-focused environment

What you will do but not limited to:

• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities in the Horticulture industry. 
• Capturing new leads and execute business strategies and operational plans to drive growth and sales in the Horticulture business. 
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business strategies and achieve business objectives. 
• Prepare and present engaging sales presentation to potential customers.  
• Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for business improvement and innovation. 
• Prepare and present reports on business performance, sales, growth opportunities, and risk assessments. 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, and/or related field. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the AgriTech industry and has extensive experience in Horticulture is a plus point.  
• Ability to identify and seize business opportunities in the AgriTech sector. 
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the AgriTech industry and its market dynamics. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and partners. 
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for the AgriTech industry and leveraging technology for agricultural development. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and results-driven environment.
