• Assist planning processes and forecasts in close coordination with other members of the FP&A team
• Understand & drive insights from the operating units and full company P&L
• Analyze financial results and communicate key messages to senior members of the FP&A team
• Analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities and provide support as new processes are coordinated and put in place
• Ensure delivery of all financial data/reporting in a timely manner from the team members
• Ensure the control and the integrity of the data throughout the reporting production
• Other ad hoc analytical projects as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience including finance and systems administration
• Detail-oriented and well organized with strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with financial system transformation a plus

1. Identify customer contract terms and conditions to balance risk appetite with commercial objectives
2. Support drafting, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
3. Drafting and reviewing terms for standard forms like NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, and so on
4. Support and maintain corporate governance principles and practices within contract management processes.
5. Ensure that contracts align with the organization's bylaws, articles of incorporation, and governance policies
6. Oversee the execution and delivery of contracts, including the management of contractual timelines and obligations
7. Collaborate with the legal department and corporate secretariat to provide legal support and insights related to contract management
