• 3-4 years collective experience within Talent Management Function
• Experienced in leading Projects as Project PMO / Project Leader / Project Supervisor

About the role

As an Admin support, you will have the opportunity to participate in important projects, create and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of new digital products for Amartha's partners across all operational areas. You will collaborate with the Field Operations team & Head Office to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities

● Performing a verification check on the submission of specimens from Point.

● Submitting specimen signing requests to the COO

● Sending specimens that have been signed by the COO to Point.

● Providing solutions for issues related to the opening of new accounts or updating specimens

faced by Point.

● Monthly recap of specimen submissions and resolutions for new account openings and

specimen changes.

The qualifications that you must have

● Open for Fresh Graduate (D3-S1)

● Have good communication skill to collaborate with cross division and field team

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office

● Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment

As a Business Commercial and Partnership Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies and establishing partnerships to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

What you will do but not limited to:

Partner Acquisition

• Identify potential business partners aligned with the company’s goals and target market.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnership development.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring

• Collaborate with Legal and Finance & Accounting team to structure and negotiate partnership agreement.
• Ensure the partnership agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key business partners, including negotiations, contract agreements, and ongoing partnership management.

Relationship Management

• Foster strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue streams.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
• Regularly assess partner satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue from existing partners.
• Analyze partner’s performance and recommend strategies for revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing and/or related field.

• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Sales, Partnership Management and/or Business Development in Retail market, FMCG and/or Agribusiness
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs and translate them into business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive data analysis on our productive and consumptive lending products to gain insights into customer behavior, trends, and business performance
• Recommend solutions to improve business efficiency and product offerings
• Designing and implementing new lending products, including crafting commercials and building robust product models 
• Monitor product performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Accuracy and timeliness of data analysis and reporting
• Development and launch of new lending products that meet or exceed performance targets
• Achievement of project milestones

• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
• Preferably more than 2 year experience in data analytics or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience in financial services (banks, P2Ps, mutifinances, etc), and familiar with product & operations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken

• Assist planning processes and forecasts in close coordination with other members of the FP&A team
• Understand & drive insights from the operating units and full company P&L
• Analyze financial results and communicate key messages to senior members of the FP&A team

• Melakukan komunikasi dengan baik ke pelanggan.
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik, bersama-sama dengan service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, atau dengan branch manager.
• Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.
