Berdiri sejak 2010, Amartha hadir sebagai microfinance untuk menghubungkan usaha mikro pedesaan yang dijalankan oleh para pengusaha UMKM tangguh dengan akses permodalan terjangkau. Kami mendukung pengusaha UMKM tangguh di regional Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara dan regional lainnya.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan recovery Point (cabang) pasca fraud/high PAR (menunggak) dengan penugasan selama 3-6 bulan di Point yang direkomendasikan
• Berkoordinasi dengan BM, AM, RM, HMB terkait strategi recovery PAR dan evaluasi pencapaian bulanan
• Memberikan pendampingan perbaikan bisnis proses, mapping majelis, & revamping majelis.

• SIAP ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Amartha di Indonesia selama 3 - 6 bulan
• Berpengalaman dalam industri finansial minimal 2 tahun atau berpengalaman di perusahaan keuangan lainnya
• Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam bidang collection serta penanganan nasabah bermasalah
• Memahami & implementasi bisnis proses berdasarkan konsep Grameen model
