• Mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi di wilayah kerjanya dan berperan aktif dalam strategi pengembangan bisnis untuk memperluas pangsa pasar (termasuk bisnis porsi haji) 
• Melakukan pemantauan terhadap pembiayaan2 yang bermasalah, kunjungan kepada nasabah dan problem solving jika ada kendala 
• Mewakili perusahaan dalam berurusan dengan instansi-instansi pemerintah seperti BI, Perbanas, Kepolisian, BMPD (Badan Musyawarah Perbankan Daerah), Pengadilan Negeri, Bazarnas, Asbisindo, Kemenag, Travel KBIH, dll, sesuai dengan kapasitas yang diberikan oleh Perusahaan

The Equities Operations team is part of the wider global Corporate Operations Group and supports the Equities trading business in Macquarie Capital. Our team is responsible for handling post-trade life cycle controls for equities trading in global markets including trade allocation, booking, settlement, funding, reconciliation, client management and regulatory reporting. You will be part of the Equities Operations team based in Jakarta, playing a key role supporting Macquarie Capital trading in local Jakarta and regional Asian markets. You will have close interaction with the trading desks, international and onshore Jakarta clients, custodian banks, external brokers, banks and exchange to manage and assist wider Equities Operations team to support daily business activities for Middle Office and Settlement of client trading. You will also be responsible for helping drive efficiencies and process enhancements in the day-to-day process and supporting change initiatives as a subject matter expert. Make a pre-credit proposal (include credit proposal for renewal, new loan within credit limit)  and complete document requirement in order to grow profit and portfolio Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and develop transaction with new customer to make a renewal transaction in order to increase outstanding loan Cross-sell a banking product to new and existing customers according to customers needs in order to help increasing profit Re-check document which has been checked by Client Services in order to complete credit proposal requirement so it could be more accountable in respective internal related parties  Do a normal credit process in a timely manner to ease up the booking process in order to fullfilled customers needs     Regulatory Compliance Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, banking, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of valuable experience as a Trainer or QC to our dynamic team.

• Prepare performance reports of the QC Team, conduct analysis, and engage in discussions with the Head of Collection on new strategies, work programs, regulations, SOPs, capacity plans, and other matters pertaining to the QC process.
• Create, execute, monitor, evaluate, and enhance programs, methodologies, and training initiatives.
• Analyze Quality Control test results and deliver feedback and interpretation to the Collection Team.
• Ensure seamless integration of all Quality Control activities within the program's work management system and technology.
• Oversee, assess, evaluate, and enhance the performance of the QC Teams to meet the KPI targets and motivate team members to attain plan goals.
• Participate in Collection Meetings with the Collection Manager.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for a background in finance, banking, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the dynamic landscape of the financial technology industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building.
• Previous experience in Agency Management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive is a must.
