Mengelola operasi lokasi sehari-hari untuk memastikan penggunaan Tenaga Kerja, Pabrik secara maksimal, dan mencapai produksi optimal dengan biaya minimum. Peran ini juga akan melibatkan kerja sama dengan Manajemen Situs Klien dan KTT untuk memastikan semua peraturan Perusahaan Rand Pemerintah terpenuhi. Posisi tersebut juga akan membutuhkan laporan Harian, Bulanan, dan tahunan untuk disiapkan dan diserahkan secara tepat waktu dan efisien kepada Manajemen Rhodes dan kepada klien. Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik adalah suatu keharusan.

• Melakukan K3LH SCM Level 1 di area operation
• Melakukan monitoring ESG
• Melakukan inspeksi di area operation
• Melaksanakan program Safety di site operation

• Merancang dan melaksanakan jadwal kerja untuk staf kelistrikan.
• Memberikan motivasi dan bantuan bila diperlukan.
• Memeriksa dan menilai pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh staf listrik.
• Membaca dan menafsirkan skema desain untuk memastikan pemasangan sistem kelistrikan yang benar.
• Memperbaiki dan memelihara peralatan listrik.
• Mengawasi pembelian dan pemeliharaan peralatan listrik di lokasi.
• Memastikan pekerjaan selesai sesuai jadwal 

• Mengawasi operasi sehari-hari sistem piping termasuk memantau kinerja sistem dan menyesuaikan aliran dan tekanan jika diperlukan
• Mengkoordinasikan aktivitas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan, termasuk menjadwalkan inspeksi rutin, mengidentifikasi masalah melalui alat diagnostik, dan mengawasi pekerjaan kru pemeliharaan untuk memastikan jaringan pipa tetap dalam kondisi optimal.
• Menganalisis data sistem dan menyusun laporan operasional untuk manajemen senior, menyoroti metrik kinerja, mengidentifikasi tren, dan merekomendasikan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keselamatan

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible maintain fire protection equipment in Port Site area that consist of camp, offices, mess hall, sport-recreational facilities, fuel storage tanks, power plant, filter plant, ship loading, jetties, hangar, electrical rooms, transformers, warehouse, and laydowns.

·        To manage company objectives and all applicable regulation and standard obligations for Fire Protection, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements.

·        To be accountable for the execution of plans in each of these functions and responsible for preventive maintenance.

·        To ensure inspection, test, and preventive maintenance procedures conducted by subordinates are done according to applied standard.

·        To conduct coordination Fire Protection Preventive Maintenance activities with related stakeholders and other F&S Respective Sections

·        To communicate & coordinate with safety & Fire Emergency Services during inspection, test, and preventive maintenance activities to assure all Fire Protection System are functional properly.

·        Maintain the performance and quality of fire protection equipment according to standards without neglect the building architecture based on company’s commercial building regulations.

·        Conduct Building Fire Protection Equipment Inspection, Test & Preventive Maintenance on townsite area.

·        Systems that include in Inspection, Test & Preventive maintenance are Portable Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm, Fire Alarm System, Aspirating Smoke Detection System, Water Based Fire Protection System , Gas Fire Suppression System, Fire Pump.

·        Coordinate with Corrective maintenance team for Fire Protection equipment impairment or break down.

·        Coordinate with planner to ensure all Preventive maintenance requirements are well prepared.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Supervise the daily operation of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)’s and process control wastewater treatment and related maintenance activity.

·        Supervise the operation and practice of process control of Sewage Treatment Plant and coordinate with laboratory crew

·        Undertake Plant maintenance

Some of your duties will include:

• Coordinating the civil design, painting and engineering activities with the prime objectives of ensuring construction activities are built as per design and specification, effectively and efficiently to meet project timelines and budget.
• Control the painting works specially for Preventive Maintenance the Existing building and general facilities.
• Ensure all the painting work can be done as company standard and expectation 

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in painting maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

Some of your duties will include:

·        To supervise in the day-to-day activities associated with plumbing, piping maintenance included welding;

·        Responsible for all plumbing and piping installations are maintained, repaired, serviced and installed as required to international standards. This includes bit is not limited to Fresh water lines, potable water lines, sewage lines, both inside and outside of facilities and domestic installations

• Understand & enforces work rules, policies & procedure consistently & fairly
• Responsibility maintenance and special project for design plumbing piping system, sewer system, well system fire hydrant system, water treatment system, sewage treatment system at Township, Port site, Concentrator and Mining
• Responsibility maintenance all accessories plumbing and all equipment for housing, barrack, mess hall and all building & public facilities at Townsite, Port site, Concentrator, Mining area;
• Responsibility maintenance fabricates and welding structural, support pipe, tell plate, tubing / cooper carbon steel pipe and galvanize pipe.
• Responsibility joint HDPE pipe, membrane liner HDPE ABS pipe, spigot pipe, mechanical join and votolix joint
• Maintain and administer disciplinary procedure fairly, consistently, correctly, and when necessary per maintenance rules and policies.
• Maintains consistent standard safety, quality, conduct and productivity : responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all mechanical plumbing systems installed or maintained by the company; Conduct quality control inspections of all mechanical plumbing systems installed or maintained, including HVAC, piping, and water systems; Ensure that all mechanical plumbing systems comply with relevant codes and standards, including local, state, and federal regulations; Work closely with the F&S Dept's maintenance and construction teams to ensure all mechanical plumbing work is completed to the highest quality standards; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, including inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance records; Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all mechanical plumbing work is completed to company standards and on schedule.
• Effectively communicates complete and correct safety interaction to crew; Ensures safety rules and regulation are followed at all times
• Plans for necessary manpower, materials and equipment necessary for work to be performed.
• Organizes and plans work efficiently and completes work within or ahead of schedule with minimal rework.

·        Conduct regular training sessions with employees to ensure they are aware of and comply with mechanical plumbing codes and standards.

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in plumbing maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

Some of your duties will include:

·        To supervise staff in the day-to-day activities associated with air conditioning & refrigeration work.

• Reviewing work order, prepare plan, take measurements and have estimate resource requirements and work schedule.
• Ensure the air condition and refrigeration damages have been handled by the technician.
• Arrange the preventive maintenance AC schedule and ensure that it would be done as scheduled.
• Report to the supervisor if any damage needs more taking action.
• Ensure the supply of material coming as plan made
• Active to find a way for efficiency in line with GMP program.
• Maintain tools and equipment in serviceable condition and store them.
• Prepare work inspection and completion reports.
• Maintain a safe and neat work area and report defects, incidents and unsafe conditions.
• Update the STP if required and make some changes needed

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in electrical maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in HV-AC maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

Some of your duties will include:

·        To supervise and direct the activities of company maintenance (electrical - electrician) personnel

·        To ensure that adequate resources are available to meet production and maintenance needs

• Reports all accidents and incidents in the work group to enable management to identify areas for improvement in work practices.
• Communicates work group status to supervisor and interfaces with other departments.
• Supervise employees of the unit/work group to ensure that all jobs are completed to the required standard.
• Plan the daily work schedule and order materials and parts required to enable client needs to be met and resources used efficiently.
• Liaise with and coordinate field and workshop activities with other maintenance supervisor, planners and production personnel to resolve problems and set maintenance priorities.
• Schedules work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment, employee vacations and training.

·        Identify training needs and recommend on the job training or basic training programs to improve work group effectiveness and safety

·        Manage and develop staff including setting objectives, performance management, training & coaching, succession plan, and handling industrial issues

·        Liaise with and coordinate field and workshop activities with other maintenance supervisor, planners and production personnel to resolve problems and set maintenance priorities

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in civil maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

·        Responsible to receive work order and provide working schedule then to ensure all Civil works will completed in good result and meet with standard or company regulation.

·        To coordinate all civil job or carpentry & provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order;

·        Provide report after work order completed

·        Inspect every task and to make sure all done in a good manner

·        Lead, organize and provide directions for employee to ensure outstanding performance HSE&Q outcome and the business results;

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in civil maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;
