We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Finance Support professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring effective financial operations and analysis within the SAP system. You will assist the Corporate Finance team n implementing SAP solutions, improving financial reporting processes, and supporting ongoing financial activities.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment schedule. 
• Preparing and reviewing tax calculations and tax returns.
• Monitor and reconcile financial data within SAP, ensuring integrity and transparency.
• Support financial reporting accuracy by ensuring integration with SAP systems.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining SAP financial modules to optimize corporate finance functions.
• Participate in financial analysis and reporting tasks, providing insights derived from SAP data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team on ad-hoc tasks and projects. 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in corporate finance and proficiency in SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and SAP finance modules.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
• Good command of written and spoken Bahasa and English is preferable.

You will be joining a tight-knit Corporate Finance & Strategy Team as a Corporate Finance Analyst, where you will get the chance to have direct exposure to C suites and key stakeholders, including international institutional lenders and equity investors. Deep analytical skills, project management, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Main responsibility: Investor relations

1. Reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts and ensures that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies.

2. Monitors the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customer specifications and adherence to organization policy.

3. Maintains the legal documentation process relating to both executing standard and unique document documentation process, may also include works with internal business management, other infrastructure groups (e.g., tax, operations) and counterparties to ensure smooth, efficient legal documentation processes.
