The Marketing Communication Manager supports the marketing and communications strategies for Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, helping enhance the hotel's brand image, reach target audiences, and increase bookings and guest engagement. This role works closely with the Marketing Communication Manager to implement campaigns, manage digital channels, oversee content creation, and build relationships with media, influencers, and other relevant partners. Key focus areas include social media, content marketing, email campaigns, public relations, and guest communication.

As the Product Manager - Loyalty and Promotion, you will be responsible for building and scaling a Loyalty and Promotion platform that serves multiple product lines within Telkomsel Group and extends as a B2B2C service to corporate clients outside the group. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a SaaS/API solution that allows businesses to integrate and customize loyalty and promotion services with ease. You will also have the unique opportunity to leverage Telkomsel’s existing Loyalty system to create a robust solution that enhances customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction across various digital products, while offering businesses outside Indico a customizable loyalty and promotion service.  

What you will do but not limited to:

• Co-crafting product vision and prioritization 

• Lead the design, development, and launch of a Loyalty and Promotion platform for Indico’s internal business units (B2B2C and B2C), as well as external corporate clients through a B2B2C service model. 

• Build a scalable SaaS and API-based Loyalty and Promotion product that external businesses can easily integrate into their own systems. 

• Develop a Loyalty/Promotion aggregator service that consolidates offers, rewards, and promotions from multiple partners, creating a comprehensive solution for users. 

• Leverage Telkomsel’s existing Loyalty system and integrate its features into the platform to maximize value for Indico business lines and external clients. 

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loyalty/Promotion SaaS/API and aggregator platform. 

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, development, testing, and post-launch improvements. 

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, market fit, and go-to-market execution. 

• Engage with corporate clients to understand their loyalty and promotion needs, ensuring the platform provides flexible and customizable solutions. 

• Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the platform and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 

• Stay current with industry trends and innovations in loyalty and promotion, ensuring Indico’s platform remains competitive and cutting-edge. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on loyalty, promotion, or rewards platforms. 

• Proven experience in building loyalty/promotion SaaS/API products, with a strong understanding of how to design scalable, flexible solutions for external clients. 

• Experience in developing and managing a loyalty/promotion aggregator service is highly desired. 

• Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to build API-driven products.

Being the head of the Product Marketing department, she / he is responsible for the development of the individuals in her / his team. YOUR MISSION: 

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. Forecasting

• Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions. (Measures: launch tracking)

2. Product Registration

• Ensure close liaison with Central Registration support team so that products can be launch in line with ASPAC launch date. (Measures: On shelf date)

3. Product Assortment

• Close monitoring of competitor’s product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Indonesia to gain market share. (Measures: monthly tracking)

4. Product Listing

• Work closely with sales team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s On shelf date)

5. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door (measures: presence rate)

6. Management on non-sellable items

• Sampling management: ensure the right mix of samples to help achieve business objective. Work closely with sales team to ensure the right guideline for sampling is disseminated and followed closely by BCs
• GWP/Gifts management: utilizing GWP to drive higher basket purchase and create buzz to drive traffic to store.

7. Pricing

• Review and analyze central’s recommendation of prices for new products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness. Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

CRM

1. Planning & Execution of CRM initiatives including Rollout of new communication platforms in Indonesia, Client EDM management and client events & reward programs. 

2. Identify opportunities and weakness; and take pro-active action on the following:

• Increase recruitment rate
• Retention for customers by developing trial and loyalty
• Improve cross-selling
• Improve on repurchase rate

3. Data analysis (through PowerBI reports and Datamart/WinCRM) and drilling to

1. Monitoring daily E-Commerce operation
