Your role 

In this context, you’ll be joining as Data Engineer, and reporting to the Tech Lead. As Data Engineer you will also be assisting cross-departments such as Marketing and Sales teams. The Data Engineer will complete routine data engineer work and oversee simple to complex projects of data migration, database migration, ETL Migration, and many more.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for the following activities: 

• Work closely with data architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and robust data architectures that meet the organization's requirements
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, which involve the extraction of data from various sources, data transformation to ensure quality and consistency, and loading the processed data into data warehouses or other storage systems
• Responsible for managing data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate data from different sources, such as databases, APIs, and external systems, to create unified and comprehensive datasets.
• Perform data transformations and implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to convert raw data into formats suitable for analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to establish data quality standards and implement data governance practices
• Optimise data processing and storage systems for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions

6. Koordinasi dengan Staf Asset Management mengecek data Aset untuk dilaporkan di SPT Tahunan Badan/Perusahaan

7. Konsultasi dengan FAM dan CFO atas Case-case yang terjadi

8. Koordinasi dengan Tim HR atas data karyawan yang dibutuhkan untuk perhitungan PPh 21

9. Menerbitkan Faktur Pajak atas invoice penagihan Corporate dan Ritel

10. Membuat Bukti Potong untuk vendor

1.   Melakukan koordinasi dalam penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang/perangkat serta perpindahan dengan User terkait.

2.   Melakukan koordinasi berkala dengan tim inventory kantor Pusat.

3.   Melakukan pendataan atas penerimaan, pengeluaran dan perpindahan barang/perangkat

4.   Mengelola dan memantau keamanan stock barang atau perangkat

5.   Mengelola dan mengendalikan persediaan barang/perangkat fisik dengan stock dan data riil.

6.   Mengelola sistem penyimpanan Barang/Perangkat dengan efektif. 

7.   Mengajukan permintaan permintaan Barang, Perangkat, Tools yang berkelanjutan sebagai penunjang Operasional di kantor maupun dilapangan.

8.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang site dan memberikan pelaporan kepada inventory pusat. ( cabang )

9.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang penyimpanan dan memberikan pelaporan kepada Head Of Division. ( Pusat )

1. Melakukan pengawasan segala aktivitas operasional yang dilakukan para karyawan dikantor cabang dan unit kerja dibawahnya.

3. Mengelola semua aspek operasional cabang dan unit kerja seperti operasional logistik, infrastruktur, sumber daya manusia, layanan customer, administrasi dan penjualan dll.
4. Bertanggung jawab menjaga dan memelihara fasilitas, sarpras maupun asset perusahaan di Cabang dan Unit Kerja.
5. Membuat perencanaan dan mengimplementasikan pengembangan wilayah, Kebutuhan SDM serta target perjualan Cabang dan Unit kerja.
6. Memenuhi informasi dan koordinasi dengan kantor pusat perihal praktik kerja efektif, peluang bisnis, kebutuhan maupun kendala operasional lainnya.
7. Melakukan observasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja dari para bawahannya.
8. Menangani masalah kepuasan pelanggan.

What You'll Do

• Creating report for all digital marketing campaign : Influencer marketing, and paid media buying.
• Research, perform benchmarking, analyze data, and help make recommendations.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing team to gather data and information due to creating the analysis
• Monitoring market trends so that can bring some recommendation for the report
• Understand the campaign and the client very well in order to prepare the appropriate report
• Maintain the deadline for the report generation
• Produce data visualization with a strong storytelling element.
• Develop a market insight / market trend due to help the Digital Marketing team for supporting data while on pitch
