As a Training & Quality Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and maintained across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs and initiatives to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
• Establish and maintain training records and documentation.
• Review and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
