Summary of Responsibilities:

• Manage, create and design floral arrangements for various occasions and events

• Plan and budget flowers for high volume holidays including ordering, scheduling and delivering.
• Monitored special orders of floral displays, bouquet, wreaths, gifts, etc.
• Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
• Check and approve floral decorations, ensure products are aesthetically pleasing
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success with creative display
• Manage and oversee a team of florists, providing guidance and training as needed

• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, select the best quality flowers and materials

• Ensure floral display in event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Ensure proper care and handling of flowers to maintain freshness and quality

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role in a luxury resort, or floristry. High-end floral shop is preferred
• Proven working experience with a portfolio
• Extensive knowledge of floral design, different flower types and arrangements
• Excellent artistic and creative skills
• Experience in a luxury resort or high-end floral shop is preferred
• Stay up-to-date with floral design trends and techniques
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager of Rock Bar in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Rock Bar AYANA.
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
• Ensure the inventory levels and calculate future needs in dining ware, equipment, and place orders, as needed.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Experience in All Day Dining or Rooftop Restaurant is preferable
• Eloquent in English communication.

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, keeping track of stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies. You will collaborate with various departments to fulfill their material requirements and maintain accurate records of all stock movement. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring their quality and accuracy.
• Properly store all incoming items in designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
• Monitor stock expiration dates and take appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill their material requirements.
• Ensure that all stock is appropriately labeled and easily accessible.
• Prepare and submit regular inventory reports.
• Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and take corrective measures.
• Follow company policies and procedures for stock management.

• Prior experience as a Store Keeper or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
