The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with our strategic finance team to set business plan targets, provide critical projections for major sale events, and mentor more junior analysts within the team. Additionally, this role will support senior leadership by providing key recommendations to steer the overall business strategy. Strong technical skills in Tableau, Python, and Databricks are essential, as is financial acumen and an ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Requirements & Experiences :

• 4-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital product development

• Experience mentoring or managing more junior members within a team
