The Role

Reporting into HQ Strategic Finance, this role is based in Jakarta, where you will play a pivotal part in this Business Analyst, championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making through data analytics solutions, whilst driving the analysis and business planning to deliver value to stakeholders. • Deliver processes and transactions in compliance with Risk and Financial Control policies.
• Deliver Finance Shared Service transactions and transaction corrections accurately processed within the timescales set by SLAs and OLAs. This involves processing transaction corrections, call out process exceptions and provide answers to transaction queries in a timely manner.
• Provide reconciled period end Tax data to Tax Team for processing of tax returns.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations within the timescales set by the period end checklist.
• At period end, responsible for sub-ledgers reconciled to the general ledger and delivery of complete and accurate trial balances.

• Perform risk assessments across functional areas and maintain operational risk.

• Participate and assist with development of systems to facilitate risk monitoring and risk improvement by ensuring that the risk identification process is aligned with the Groups targets and objectives.

• Assist with the development and implementation of compliance plans and programs.

• Prepare Compliance Program Reports for top-level management based on internal reviews.

1. 4-year bachelor’s degree (S1) in Legal.

2. Having experience in a Law Firm will be an advantage.

• Prepare draft and review any legal documents (agreements, confirmation letter, amendments/addendums, side letters, etc.) within the company
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory related to the company's operational and business activities
• Maintain legal database (company documents/company licensing) and organize executed versions of agreements
• Handle general corporate matters, liaise with public notaries, external lawyers, and government authorities in relation to general corporate, licensing of companies, and corporate secretarial matters

Compliance Analyst will have overall responsibility in supporting various regulatory compliance initiatives (with particular focuses on P2P, payment system provider (PJP) and multifinance businesses) and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met – this includes:

• Supporting  regulatory licenses matters, set up compliance framework & guidelines, including anti-bribery & corruption, external vendor compliance management, data privacy;
• Managing regulatory engagement with relevant authorities and ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting requirements to regulators;
• Ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and commercially practical reporting to the regulator (s) and recommendations on licensing, regulatory and counter-party risk for business;
• Performing report on gap analysis on each prevailing regulation in relation to the group businesses;
• Incident management (e.g. responding to regulatory investigations / inspections by authorities;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on regular basis.

• Experienced compliance officer with minimum of 2 years PQE;
• Ideal candidate would have a mix of (i) prior in-house experience in the bank and financial services sector (preferably a P2P, licensed e-money / wallet operator in Indonesia) and (ii) private practice experience in law firms;
• Demonstrable track-record in compliance matters;
• Extensive experience in interacting with regulators, particularly with OJK Fintech and Bank Indonesia;
• Fluent in English is a must;
