I. Job responsibility:

•Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

•Manage taxation, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH Final, and the preparation and submission of annual and monthly tax returns (SPT).

•Ensure compliance with tax regulations and applicable accounting standards.

•Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.

•Oversee accounting processes and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

•Manage budgeting and financial forecasting.

II. Essential Professional Experience:

•Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance or accounting.

•Experience in tax management and financial reporting.

•Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

•Experience in preparing reports for internal and external audits.

III. Skill:

•Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

•Strong analytical skills.

•Have strong presentation skill

•Have strong comunication skill is a must

•Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is a must

IV. Qualification:

•Maximum Age 30 Years Old

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•Possession of Brevet A and B certificates.

•In-depth knowledge of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPH 21, PPH 23, and PPH Final.

•Strong understanding of financial accounting standards and financial reporting.

1. Melakukan verifikasi atas dokumen pengeluaran bank yang diterima dari finance.
2. Melakukan filling seluruh dokumen transaksi perusahaan.
3. Mengecek Jurnal-jurnal yang dilakukan oleh divisi AR dan Finance.
4. Menerbitkan faktur pajak keluaran untuk memastikan setiap transaksi penjualan telah dikenakan PPN sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan. 
5. Membantu dalam kelancaran pelaksanaan kewajiban administrasi rutin perusahaan terkait perpajakan. 
6. mendukung proses bisnis akuntansi perusahaan

Uraian Tanggung Jawab: 

1.Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan adalah Visit Lapangan. 

2.Membuat Laporan Harian kepada atasan. 

3.Melakukan kunjungan kepada konsumen yang telah ditentukan oleh atasan. 

4.Memastikan ketentuan perusahaan telah dijalankan oleh Cabang.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan recovery Point (cabang) pasca fraud/high PAR (menunggak) dengan penugasan selama 3-6 bulan di Point yang direkomendasikan
• Berkoordinasi dengan BM, AM, RM, HMB terkait strategi recovery PAR dan evaluasi pencapaian bulanan
• Memberikan pendampingan perbaikan bisnis proses, mapping majelis, & revamping majelis.

• SIAP ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Amartha di Indonesia selama 3 - 6 bulan
• Berpengalaman dalam industri finansial minimal 2 tahun atau berpengalaman di perusahaan keuangan lainnya
• Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam bidang collection serta penanganan nasabah bermasalah
• Memahami & implementasi bisnis proses berdasarkan konsep Grameen model

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of company in Bandung Area. 
• Ensure the existence of the commercial transaction in field, as well as the accuracy of quantity and payment received. 
• Verify the accuracy of invoice information and other supporting documents required in a transaction. 
• Perform payment process and collection during commercial activities. 
• Perform data entry and reconciliations to ensure the proper and accurate records of financial transactions. 
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on payments and collection activities

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, Finance Administration, and/or Accounting. 
• Minimum 1 years of experience in finance or accounting related field. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
• Experienced in agriculture is preferable.
