ABOUT THIS JOB  

This position will manage Real Estate and Facilities including market analysis, property searches, lease negotiations, legal and insurance reviews, through to lease execution. This position ensures that all physical aspects of the organization’s offices within the Cluster function properly to support the Business. This position will provide guidance for renovation projects to ensure the new workspace will provide effective space that accommodates team interaction and the look and feel aligns with Corporate standards. This position also ensures that all functions such as reception, security, maintenance, mail room, canteen, and janitorial services meet the needs of their customers and are aligned at locations within and across cluster.

• Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic

Outlet Operation

• Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons. Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service

• Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
• Handle all administration work pertaining to cashier/bar operation requirement and company’s policies
• Maintain department communication logbook and updated notice board
• Check the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests

Job Purpose

• Review departmental/divisional profits, payroll expenses, rooms’ expenses, cost per occupied room, previous day’s occupancy and room revenues
• Analyze market trends and review clientele to work on upsell opportunity to increase the hotel’s revenue
• Monitor and handle guest complaints in an expedient and effective manner
• Anticipate sold-out situations; assist in locating alternative accommodations for guests and assist in following up with guests in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
• Review all out-of-order rooms daily with respective departments to determine most current status and estimated date for return to room inventory
• Monitor monthly status of all accrual categories, i.e., linen, bathrobes, uniforms, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

Front Office Operation

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members
• Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff to ensure that highest quality service is delivered and department standards are met
• Review, analyze and suggest improvement of work flow and standards at the Front Desk
• Analyze rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control, approve discounts and rebates
• Communicate with Front Office Manager on all matters regarding guest services & hotel operations
• Ensure documentation of all guest related issues using the logbook
• Sign media and supervise shift handover procedures
• Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required regarding general administration and operations issues
• Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests’ needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently
• Assist Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off guests
• Inspect front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness and orderliness
• Ensure that front line staff complies with marketing techniques and maximizes sales

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for the management of Sales & Distribution Department activities including its planning and execution in line with the annual hotel strategy and business plan with the main target to achieve/exceed the target.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Responsible to handle sales management and activities in Jakarta area, Indonesia.
• Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness
• Develop business leads update for the Hotel on timely basis
• Prepare monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month
• Plan a minimum of 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
• Prepare monthly action plan to maximize the production of main market segment
• Perform monthly review account profile on room nights production with their average rate and catering business productions
• Monitor competitors’ rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management; including business production, updating profile and contracting or renewing contracts
• Update management on VIP arrivals, meet and greet accordingly
• Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
• Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel
• Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
• Update Director of Sales & Distribution on market trends and business leads

• Interview, select and recruit direct reports when necessary

• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business

• Develop a product roadmap and prioritization strategy to address user needs while achieving business objectives.
• Drive business KPIs and success metrics in term of mobile app developments (users app and driver app)
• Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand and prioritize needs across various use cases and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the ideation, research, design, development, and adoption of user-centric mobile app products.
• Innovate and experiment on new mobile app technology to drive better user experience and higher user adoption

• Develop communication strategies and execute public relations programs within the hotel\local\regional\national\international markets as appropriate
• Advise on marketing and advertising copy for any departments and provide editing for brand consistency
• Develop joint, regional and national promotional opportunities with other hotels
• Develop and maintain all media lists and contact information
• Maintain an annual budget and administer that budget in a fiscally responsible manner
• Coordinates all special events and promotions inside and outside of the hotel that has to do with promotional campaigns
• Conceptualizes and presents potential brand partnerships with select stakeholders
• Works with the Marketing & Communications team on digital ad campaigns as part of a larger Marcom campaign

• Mencari calon konsumen, membantu calon konsumen dalam proses pengajuan kredit (Mobil/Motor).
• Melakukan proses survey, serta membina hubungan baik dengan konsumen
• Membuka dan menjalin jaringan baru dengan pihak ketiga (agen/broker, Showroom, dll)

- Menjalin relasi dengan konsumen dan aparatur keamanan setempat 

- Melakukan aktivitas penagihan kepada konsumen yang memiliki tunggakan angsuran melalui kunjungan yang berkala 

- Melakukan penginputan data hasil kunjungan secara online

Bertanggungjawab atas operasional di ruang lingkup bisnis cabang/pos terkait dengan tujuan tercapainya target penjualan seluruh sub ordinates.

• Melakukan Follow Up database yang di berikan dari Telesales, dan melakukan Visit terhadap konsumen RO BFI

2. Peserta program Management Trainee akan menjalani pelatihan secara offline dan online serta On Job Training yang akan dilakukan di Kantor Pusat maupun cabang BFI Finance di Seluruh Indonesia.
3. Lulusan program Management Trainee untuk mempersiapkan Talent (Supervisor/Specialist/Officer) di berbagai bidang seperti kredit pembelian unit, lease back ataupun project.

Bertugas melakukan negosiasi, edukasi dan penagihan kepada konsumen BFI yang mengalami kendala / keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian pembiayaan agar konsumen dapat membayar / menyelesaikan pembiayaannya sebelum dilakukan penarikan Asset/Unit. Konsumen yang di handle untuk keterlambatan 1-90 hari.

1. Bertugas melakukan rekrutmen Bussines Agent (BA) / Mediator yang calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB Mobil.
2. Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan BA guna mendapatkan prospek konsumen yang valid dan berkualitas agar mendukung pencapaian target yang ditetapkan.

• Manage End to End financial accounting for our entities in Indonesia which includes performing accounting, managing accrual and deferrals, preparing bank reconciliations and related schedules to the balance sheet.
• Preparation and submission of monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) and related schedules as a part of Group reporting. Presentation of results and providing clarifications to the Country/Regional business Leaders, as and when required.
• Assist with preparation of Annual budgets, and submission of monthly forecasts. To be groomed as the Indonesia finance lead and as a strong business partner to our Country Leader/s in Indonesia.
• Analysis with respect to project profitability and providing variance analysis to the business leaders on monthly basis, for driving further actions.
• Review invoices and expenses processed by our India offshore team, and ensuring accounting is accurate and acceptable. Initiate vendor payments through internet banking.
• Preparation of cash flow statements on weekly basis, and driving related strategies from senior management.
• Interact with External Auditors (Annual activity) – provide necessary information, schedules and explanations to ensure smooth and timely audits.
• Working with our service provider to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting, following up on tax matters (including Faktur Pajaks, withholding tax certs). Work with our tax advisor (annual activity) for timely Income tax submissions/assessments and coordinate tax audit responses when need be.
• To become our finance systems champion and a finance subject matter expert to our business teams in Indonesia. Perform any other finance tasks as assigned from time to time.
