• Direct, determine, monitor, control and evaluate the implementation of:

Manage the operations of the Spa and Wellness in the entire Resort by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the resort’s and business objectives.  Ensuring the facilities and treatments offered continually exceed guest expectations 

To perform the human resource function in ensuring staff selection, training, counselling and recognition programs are adhered to in order to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction.  

Spa & Wellbeing Manager would be accountable for managing the budget, forecast on revenue and expense, capital expenditure, support the Wellness program and Accor’s Planet 21. And would be responsible for maintaining all regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for putting together board reports and management reports such as variance analysis reports, which track budget vs. actual spend by department, including collecting data from different departments, verifying and consolidating that information. 
• Proactively maintain and monitor key financial indicators—like debt-to-equity ratio and current ratio.
• Perform analysis to the financial statements to understand which product lines or services have the highest profit margin or contribute the most to net profit. This task includes breaking down the cost and revenue or profit generated by each department within the company. 
• Perform assessment for the return of the business’s investments with its working capital and finding new investment opportunities
• Provide Ad-hoc reports related to the company or business unit performance to internal and external parties as needed.

• A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years as manager experience
• Have a background in accounting or advisory firm
• Have experience in financial industry and having knowledge in cost accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and math 
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to perform direct work to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
• Excellent business reporting and communication skills

• Manage Fraud risk Operations, including but not limited to Prevention, Detection, Investigation and Monitoring.
• Identify fraudulent and high risk applications and/or transactions.
• Develop and manage fraud risk strategics, including the creations of rules and triggers to detect and prevention fraud also monitoring risks and implementing preventive measures.
• Determined fraud by analyzing accounts and transactions pattern.
• Develop fraud risk reports for management, highlighting trends, mapping high risk area.
• Training employee on anti fraud best practices.
• Work closely with other team to ensure fraud risk is considered in all new initiative and complied with regulator.
• Stay updated and connected with the same industries, technologies and regulatory changes related to fraud prevention.
• Liaise with superior.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

1. Melakukan monitoring terhadap tim marketing/business partner dalam hal kinerja dan pencapaian target

Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma

2. Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim minimal 2tahun

3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance atau terkait

4. Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target

5. Mempunyai motor untuk digunakan bekerja

6. Dapat bergabung secepatnya
