The Staff, Finance Operations will serve as a finance business partner to our Indonesia business team, overseeing the end-to-end business operation process. This role includes handling loan disbursements, managing repayments, processing withdrawals, conducting reconciliations, and managing escrow accounts. Loan Disbursement & Repayment Management

• Support the loan disbursement process by verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

This role will be a full-time WFO position for 40 hours and 5 days a week. You’ll be working on-site from our studio in Sanur, Denpasar, Bali.

Main responsibilities

1. Financial operations
1. Manage daily financial operations, including petty cash and bank payments.
2. Maintain and reconcile financial transaction records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Prepare and process employee salaries, benefits, and compensation packages.
2. Financial Reporting:
1. Prepare and manage expense, income, and tax reports.
2. Develop monthly budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts.
3. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants and assist in preparing requirements for compliance and reporting.
3. Administration & support duties:
1. File and archive financial documents.
2. Report on financial matters to Director and on monthly meetings.
3. Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and relevant regulations.
4. Stay updated on accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry practices.
5. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
6. Perform other finance and administrative tasks as needed.

The Finance and Accounting Staff is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that processes are run effectively and efficiently. The role involves verifying and processing vendor invoices & refund transactions, managing financial activities, preparing journal entries & performing reconciliation, handling customer invoices & maintaining collection, assisting with taxation and financial reporting, maintaining financial procedures & accounting standards, and liaising with various stakeholders.

 Job Functions:

1.       Verify and Process Payments:

·       Verify and process invoices received from vendors.

·       Handle refund transactions and ensure timely payments.

2.      Financial Administration and Management:

·       Administer and manage overall finance activities including cash flow management.
