Manajemen :

• Mempersiapkan Sales Calls Plan, dan Daily Calls Plan Report menggunakan sistem CRM yang disediakan.
• Mencek ulang aktifitas promosi, aktifitas kompetitif, dan sumber-sumber baru dari dokter-dokter potential melalui kunjungan selektif ke apotik.
• Menindak lanjuti aktifitas distributor dan memastikan bahwa distribusi telah dilaksanakan secara tepat.
• Memberikan laporan-laporan kegiatan secara tepat waktu mengenai kegiatan-kegiatan di area, penerimaan produk, dan kondisi persaingan, atau aktifitas lain seperti yang ditugaskan.
• Menghadiri dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam rapat-rapat dan juga program-program yang ditugaskan, demi perkembangan ilmu dan keahlian masing-masing.

Aktifitas Sales

• Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan melalui kunjungan secara maksimal dan produktif.
• Memastikan bahwa Dokter-dokter potensial kelas A & B telah discover dengan tepat, sesuai dengan yang ditugaskan, dan memenuhi standard kerja, seperti :kunjungan dokter, survey apotik, slide presentation & Round Table Discussion.
• Meningkatkan jumlah pengguna baru dengan agresif.
• Membangun relasi dengan key opinion leader dan dokter-dokter potensial, apoteker, dan lainnya yang berpengaruh pada peresepan produk.
• Menjalankan tugas-tugas yang telah ditetapkan dalam Sales Calls Plan dan Daily Calls Plan.
• Melaksanakan HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) dalam aktifitas sehari-hari.

·        Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.

·        Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service

·        Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.

·        Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.

·        Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.

·        Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Manage and protect the reputation of the company.

·        Receive visiting employees/dependents and provide them with necessary assistance.

·        Discuss with the referral patient by email, telephone, WhatsApp, face-to-face, or other applicable recognized media by the company and provide information.

·        Provides information on the claim process, policy changes, benefits, and payment modes/methods

·        Maintain strong clientele relationships with employees and dependents.

·        Take calls from patients and in charge of offering necessary assistance to employees and dependents.

Job description:

- Assisting customer in make-up and brows suggestion and selection, making sure to deliver best shopping experience to customer

- Attract new customer by walk in sales and maintaining good relationship with existing customer by follow up

- Manage counter's merchandise stocks level by keeping keen and tidy administration report and existing physical product

- Minimum senior high graduated or higher

- Male/Female, max 27 years old

- Having experience as Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor min. 3 years in reputable skin care/make up brands
