• Updating job ads in the recruitment platforms and posting it in social media
  sites (LinkedIn)
• Screening and shortlisting resumes in recruitment pool (passive sourcing) and additionally doing direct approach to potential candidate (active sourcing)
• Scheduling, coordinating, and confirming interviews with candidates, hiring
  manager, and HRBP.
• Assisting HR-related reports as needed.
• Supporting in HR administrative tasks, shall necessary.
• Participating in organizing department events 
• Responsible for intern engagement activities
• Responsible for intern exit survey & exit interview

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and providing support to our employees. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
